Like Julie said, opening song of the concert, this song was used to open shows a lot! It is off the 4th album. He is singing about taking him back to his teenage years and his rock & roll roots! A famous line near then end "I can't stand the tears of a life with no love, Carry me back, baby where I come from" ... I don't know why Robert is wearing this top, or where he got it from, but there are famous stories of how he would wear the top of a girl he was with the night before!
