Is there any modifiers to this advice, if it was a man attacks a women. Ie, does the law change its definition of what is “Necessary” or “Reasonable” if it is a woman pre emptively defends herself from an attack. Personally in think if she waits until after she is already hit, before she reacts, she seriously damages her ability to defend herself. But I would be interested in what others think.
Reasonable changes due to circumstances, being female they have more leeway. Other factors may include size, history of violence, threats being made etc
This video makes me annoyed at potential fights i need not have walked away from because i would have been justified.....But damn relieved i didn't get into fights i really felt like getting into but didn't.
Any fight you avoided is a fight you won. Justifiably kicking somebody’s ass, and then getting arrested, cuffed, taken to jail, mugshot, and allowed to call a fuckin lawyer at 600am is a loss. Leaving the scene and going the fuck home is a win. Every single time.
