My problem with this is the left earbud somehow gets low on battery faster than the right earbud. One time it completely stopped working, no light when charging. I tried doing the factory reset still not doing the trick, I also tried to follow this video, still, no. What I did is I cleaned the metal thing that connects the earbud to its case, and then I snap it on and off repeatedly to the charging case, and it started to charge itself again. Wait for it to get fully charged and then reset it again.
Hey everyone. I had a problem with left earbud charging/working/hearing but right side won’t. I believe I found a solution to getting both earbuds charged. Fully charge plug-in charger up completely. All battery indicator lights full. Can keep buds in or out while charging, doesn’t matter. Unplugged it. I took 1 bud out kept the other in so I could see right side bud and right side red indicator on and charging. When red indicator light disappears repeat for left earbud. For some reason both won’t seat evenly inside plug-in charger. And the right side earbud battery doesn’t last as long as left side. Now these Raycon Earbuds are commie China made shit as usual. Since then RU-vid recommended Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus and Tranya T10 buds from Amazon. Higher quality China shit.
Brand new and right side only working intermittently--keeps disconnecting-I have to reset them every day. They were a gift, so I can't get receipt for refund.

@@KodixYT yes I did solve it I took the Q-tips and got rid of the black gunk in my headphones but when I did that my headphones came back alive now I had it for the good couple of months and it's still good
Does anyone know how to solve this problem so I have defune earbuds and yesterday I was using only right side and I decide to take it off and I went bed but in the next morning when I wake up and open defune case and I saw my right side is still on with blue light
Aight here is a step by step for you Step 1: in the bluetooth settings get rid of the earbud account by pressing unpair Step 2: put your earbuds in their case Step 3: take them out of the case again Step 4: press down on your earbuds for 5 seconds to turn them off Step 5: simultaneously press down on both your earbuds until it blinks red and white twice (once at about 10 seconds, and the other at about 15 seconds) Step 6: now put them both back in the case. Step 7: take them out of the case again Step 8: wait about 10 seconds for them to pair with each other. Step 9: go into bluetooth settings and pair with the earbuds again through your phone (if you see haylou-gt1_l it means that they arent paired, and you have to pair with the haylou-gt1_r instead) If this doesnt work try it again

On my sesh, the right one stopped working, from the case it indicates that its charging but there no red light there no blue light, and it doesn't help pushing the button or holding it in, please help

I got completely distracted with the noises on the background; when you are recording (knowing that you will upload it) at least make sure you are in a quiet surrounding, please!
The point of this video was that if one of your earpods isn't working take them both out from the box . Since the earpods turn on automatically you have to turn them off. Then you have hold the on/off button on your earpods for at least 10 seconds and then your earpods should work like normal. I hope this helps

I've got the Jib True device, and love them, but they suddenly went quiet, making it difficult to hear anything, the left side I can not hear anything. I've removed them from my Bluetooth 4 times, reset them by holding the buttons for 10 seconds, put them in the case, waited to watch them pair up and connect, but can only hear the right side. Mine won't blink red and white idk what to do even tho i tried it several times :( Update: it's now working after pressing the not working earbud against the case (no light still). Closed the case then open again then there it is. Blinking both earbuds. Already working yey

Hello! Here's what I did when I encountered the same problem. I forcefully pushed the earbud that is not working (for me it was left) into its charging case for a few seconds. I don't know why but it worked for me.
Omg i did it just now and it worked!!!!! Tried pressing the not working side against the charging case (still no lights) i closed the case and then open it and there it has a light already. Tried it and it's working after almost a week of trying to fix this. you're a life saver man!!!! Thank you!
hello, my left earbud lights on when its on the case but turns off when i take it out. It's also unresponsive. My right earbud works just as fine. How do i fix this??
