Just suggestion don't add baking soda just spread battter on greasy tawa or pan and make banana pan cake better than deep frying and the taste will be same as gulgule must try

पके केले को mash कर के उसमे चीनी और गरम कर के ठंडा किया हुआ दूध मिलाकर बनाना खीर भी बहोत अच्छी बनती है । आप चाहे तो उसमे इलाइची का पावडर भी डाल सकते है ।

I make with jaggery powder & dry dessicated coconut or shredded chocolate. Tastes like chocolate muffins. Only thing, it absorbs a lot of oil while frying. Maharashtra may isko gulgule kehtey hain.
