Nice! How do you like it? How would you compare it to the GOAT? Some people don't seem to see it, but depending on the angle or the distance of the weight, it can make the thing really hard. I used to max out 350lbs leg extensions at the commercial gym and I found a way with my GOAT arm to do it with 25lbs and a couple of bands. Just put the weight further, at the tip of the weight horn... It creates a huge tension and disadvantage to the movement. To the point where you don't need to put 300lbs on it... But it certainly feels like it... So here, comparing a "commercial leg ext" to this thing is orange and apple.
@@TheKurtlockerthanks for showing this. Is the isolator more expensive when you tally the total cost of having the extra pieces you mentioned in your review video (double leg roller, step up plate, etc)?
@@TheKurtlockerwell i paid less for my islolator than the goat🙄 goat was more expensive. I got the goat, seat, leg roller, weigjt peg and handle. I hope we use isolator nore than we used goat. I only use goat for supported chess rows. Do u like isolatoe or goat better?? I think if i have a dedicated post for isolator to leave it there all the time will be better that goat since its easier to adjust it when doing leg curls and other exerxises since isolator has fast release pens to adjust arms
@futbol1972 in my Opinion the GOAT works better if you set it up and take it down. If you have a dedicated post and area, the isolator is pretty difficult to beat
They did not replace the knobs from what I gathered. The flex isn’t as noticeable when you’re on the equipment. It’s more evident when watching playback
With all the know it all commentwats I’m really shocked anyone ever posts anything in the fitness space. Interesting piece, Kurt. Thanks for bringing it to my attention 👍🏽
