Don't get it twisted... I love barbell movements BUT if you don't want to be tied to a gym and still want strong legs... this is how we do it :) A little too hard? Beginner Follow Along Leg Routine: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-j7EutymCM0g.html Instagram.com/thestrengthside

Strength Side a advice for you, read the new covenant. If you want to learn more about yourself. There is a man called Jesus, he claimed to be the „only truth“. And that he died for us. If you are interested in eternal live Jesus is the man who gives you these gift for free. Read the living words of Jesus it’s not comparable to Paulo Coelho or somebody else on this planet. „Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.“ ‭‭John‬ ‭14:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬ God bless you

Strength Side 😊„Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.“ ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:7-8‬ ‭KJV‬‬ www.bible.com. I like you man, I prayed yesterday for you, so I will tonight in Germany too. Jesus is the „ one“. „For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.“ ‭‭John‬ ‭3:16-21‬ ‭KJV‬‬ www.bible.com. God bless you

I don't know you in person, but from the content that you are introducing to us, I can tell that you are a mature person , very sophisticated and you have a conscious sense of focus. Your family members and people around you are very lucky to have a role model like you. Most importantly and the reason I appreciate your work so much is that we can learn it from you. You contribute a lot and you do it in a very practical way. You bring the examples from your life , which makes us closer to you as a teacher and as students .Thank you so much. As for the Alchemist book, it is one deep book it is a masterful work of Paulo Coelho, a deep philosophical writer, he tells a metaphorical story, actually a life transforming journey. It's a book that you have to read and read multiple times and every time you read it, you extract new conclusions about life.

You make your strength training look so easy! You have inspired me and I have been able to alter some of your exercises and I feel great. It definitely has made me and my body feel very good in a differ sort of way. I just turned 55 and I have gone back and forth in the extremes of loosing and getting stronger to the opposite. I carry extra weight and my goal now is to stay strong and flex. I choose to cycle to and from work instead of driving. 15-20min twice daily and your videos have added so much to my flex and everyday strength. I really enjoy adding what I can from your videos to my daily routine. Thanks so much!! You are truly amazing, inspiring and beautiful!! PS I am above average in the flex and I feel so good! I have been cycling for over 7 years and love it!

Hi Josh! We found your videos and have started working the exercises. We love them! We are a very young, older couple (60-ish), and very fit. Our goal in life is to help others grow spiritually healthy. We love that you recommended The Alchemist! Some of the books we recommend to our clients, and you might enjoy, to grow spiritually are as follows: "Letting Go" by Dr. David Hawkins, (also Power Vs. Force), "The Miracle of Mindfulness" by Thich Nhat Hanh, and "if The Buddha Dated" and "If The Buddha Married" both by Charlotte Kasl PhD. All these can be found on our website or Amazon. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!

Those movements/couplings were stellar. I felt so strong as I began to fatigue, I surprised myself with the mobility component but saw my edges also. I really appreciate you being raw in your experience of becoming unbound to the gym as being necessary if you are to embrace a nomad mindset\lifestyle. It was motivating for me to hear that when you did this for yourself other attachments came to light. Alchemist was a big shift for me as a young One and I have heard untethered soul too many times now not to read it. A book dear to me is the Tao of Pooh.🙏🏽

This may be my favorite YT post of yours yet, Josh, but I said the same thing to myself a few days ago. “The Alchemist” by Coelho is magical! I read it a few times years ago and its lessons have stayed with me. This year so far the book that’s inspired me the most is “Becoming Supernatural” by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I’ve read two of his other books in the last few months, too. The meditations from those books - even better for me using Dr. Joe’s guided ones - are taking my meditation practice deeper and deeper and the results in my life are accelerating in surprising ways. Still doing Phase 1 of Move Strong Now with ambitions to do leg training like this later this year.

You have a very natural way to explain the exercises in your videos. I had a horrible injury 1 year go while playing football: bad landing on my left knee, which forced it to hyperextension. As a result, I overextended ACL and LCL and had cartilage damage (medial femoral condyle). Physical therapy was not enough, so I had an arthroscopy 6 months ago. ACL and LCL are now fine, but i cannot get rid of the cartilage damage pain. I wonder if an intense routine like this one will help to eliminate the pain.

Book recommend- Talking to Strangers Malcolm Gladwell. It's revelatory in abundance. There is soooo much we assume we know but it was quite a relief to find something definitive in all our miscommunication so that we can change for the better. The coupling concept truly can be a lifesaver. My bow legs just did the knee squats (without holding the foot) and I'm quite thrilled. thankyou I don't know why I would need any other fitness vids. You, yoga, and some Michael Mosley, im set.

One of the best no equipment leg exercises is the pistol squat. It requires less ankle flexibility but benefits from great hamstring flexibility, if you can keep your free leg straight & horizontal, reach out & try to grab your toes. This counter balances you also helps keep your standing foot flat for for-aft balance. To start don't squat as deep or back into a (eg) chair. Then to make harder add weights, close one eye, or jump up to a platform. One legged squats like the pistol & shrimp are great BK they can be done anywhere and great for any athlete BK it improves your balance.
