Leg Day
Warm Up : 3-5 Giant Sets (go from one exercise to the next and then take a rest)
-Lying Leg Curls - 10-12
-Leg Extensions - 10-12
-Seated Leg Curls - 10-12
-Abductor Machine - 10-12
-Adductor Machine - 10-12
Now you are Warmed Up and ready to get Started! Entire Legs (Quads, Hams and Glutes) are full of blood!
Remember execute each exercise with intensity and Purpose! Don’t just move the weight to move the weight and stroke your fucking ego! That’s not working - Your Legs aren’t growing...
So let’s go!
1. Plate Loaded Power Squat (Feet little bit wider than Shoulder width apart with toes slightly pointed out) - 5 sets x 12,10,8,8,8 (failure) Pyramid Up in Weight each set , pushing yourself to the limits. By that I mean, push yourself to the point you feel like you are going to fail if you do anymore than the required rep number.
2. Leg Presses (Feet close together and high on the platform - Outside Quads and Hamstring Development) : 5 Sets x 15,12,10,8,8 - Pyramid Up in Weight each set. Stay in control of the weight and FEEL each rep, the stress on your hams and glutes on the way down and the push up with the outside of your quads!
2 sets of Leg Extensions - 12 reps : 1/2-1 second squeeze at the top of each rep.
Push a little more blood before Stiff Legged Deadlifts.
3. Stiff Legged Deadlifts - (45lb plate under your feet for the extra inch stretch....every inch counts fellas!) : 5 x 12,10,8,8,6 - Pyramid Up in Weight each set. Each set keep the intensity high, the last 2 Sets let it fucking rip - Weight is set for failure to be 8,6 but i want you to push yourself and go til you can lift the weight up an inch - half reps/ quarter reps, all out !!
Last 2 Sets - Superset Walking lunges with the stiff legged deadlifts. 10 steps each leg. Keep body upright. Step and push with your heel so you are feeling the glute/Hamstring tie in (that is where we want the emphasis to be placed)
4. Single Leg Leg Presses - 4 x 12,10,10,10
Each rep is done with caution, DO NOT Lose Control!
OR
Wide Legged Squats with Single Dumbbell between the Legs also have your toes pointed out (I call these Slut Squats but don’t want to sound like an asshole...)
4 x 12,10,10,8 - push with your heels, and set your hips at the top of each rep (squeeze the glutes at the top)
SUPERSET these Three. Finish Strong MFers!!
5. Leg Extensions - 3 x 12,10,10
6. Seated Leg Curls - 3 x 12,10,10
7. Glute Machine Kickbacks - 3 x 12,10,10
Stretch, Drink Your Post Workout Shake, Go home and Eat and ReHydrate!!
Supplements - Axe And Sledge Supplements
My Pre Workout Shake -
1 scoop Demo Day
1 scoop Ignition Switch
1 scoop Fuel Pump
My Post Workout Shake -
1.5 scoop Demo Day (Carb Powder)
1 scoop The Grind (EAAs and BCAAs)
If You are a Protein Shake Person this is the Post Workout Shake. 🔥🔥
1.5-2 scoops Farm Fed Vanilla
1 scoop Demo Day Big Cherries

This is exactly ru-vid.comUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

I never comment on videos but I’ve watched a lot of other trainers and replicated routines when I feel like I need to switch it up and I ran across this video and I’ve been stuck on your routines and videos. The way you break things down and explain things really helped me hit another level with my training. I’d compare it to that teacher in school that could explain things in a way you never understood before. It’s probably all the F-bombs, Keep motivating.

Seth is pretty open about his gear usage. Why do these Dr pepper Cheetoh eating motherfuckers feel the need to say he's on roids to sound smarter? You want a fucking metal for figuring out the secret? Stop judging a guy who's working his ass off gear or no gear and do something with your life. If you think you're better than Seth cause you don't take roids tell me what you do that's worth bragging about. Go ahead I'll wait, what do you do that's so much better than a father who's busting his ass running his own business and doing pro body building? Think about that next time "steroids" is the smartest comment you got

June 2021 just started doing this routine, tweaked it a little bit because I hate the leg press my gym has, it hurts my lower back way too much for it to be worth it. So I substituted dumbbell lunges. One legged leg press I did the same, just one legged dumbbell lunge? I put my other foot behind me on a bench. You get the idea. Holy shit I could barely walk and I was dripping in sweat. Started out pretty light so I don’t cramp but next leg day I’m going all out. Thanks Seth, your videos and the way you explain things is entertaining and easy to use in a real lifting session. Very straightforward routines, but intense(if you make it intense)and gets the job done, I love it.

I used to watch this page religously when i first started lifting 3 or 4 years ago so much i burnt myself out on it and started watching other stuff then eventually stopped watching training footage once my training became more self regulated. I still watch other seth stuff always but i havent watched his training in a while and i just put this on for leg day ideas. I never noticed how much useful experience driven tips he gives literally between like every set and he does a million sets. This video has probably the most amount of useful tips and info ive seen im gonna have to watch every training video he has over again cause this shit makes so much more sense now after lifting for a few years. I think i just had no clue what he was saying at first cause i was a noob. 😭😭 still a huge noob but u know.

Find it funny that bodybuilding guys also tend to be ego lifters. Having giant muscles =/= being strong. There is some carry over between the two but looking like a muscle-y freak doesn't mean you're hucking around 100 pound dumb bells for every exercise.
@5cent27
@5cent27 5 лет назад
Most of us “muscle-y freaks” (the ones who are serious about it) couldn’t care less about being crazy strong. If I could look like Seth by pumping 20lb dumbbells for every exercise then that’s what I’d do. It’s funny because it’s most of the other guys in the gym that see us (me) lifting relatively light weights and run and grab 10-20 lb heavier dumbbells and swing them around to show us how they are stronger and can lift heavier weight 🤣. I always laugh to myself, keep showing all of us how strong you are and we will keep seeing you look the same year after year.

Whenever I do leg press I always do it with my feet close together, but I always feel my teardrop activate a lot more than my outer quads, and my outerquads are one of my weakpoints. Does anyone know maybe some technique or something I should be doing differently to activate my outerquads more instead of my teardrops still taking over?

Move your feet like wide and a duck or toes in like bow legged. Sumo vs not . Unless you've done all that ,I'm out of ideas .

@@joshuaandrewsmma It is the opposite. Go to 7:52 of the video. He explains stance width how it effects quad targeting.

@Thor Odinson should my knees go over my feet when doing leg press? I heard that when your knees go over your toes or feet you emphasize more of the teardrop, so maybe thats why? Im kind of a beginner and i just really dont wanna have chicken legs

Emmett Garza stop pushing with your toes, your feet need to be higher on the platform, and push with your heels/outside of your feet.
