People who aren’t in this fandom have no idea how far we’ve been waiting for this. Tribrid Hope is everything I wanted and more. I can’t wait to see where this journey will take her. Her family would be so proud of her!
@@jacksonmwambu3131 she's part wolf too. Her part world allows ber magic to still be connected to nature therefore she doesn't loose it. Kinda the same loophole that allowed for her to be born. Klaus could've also been a Tribrid if only he would've activated his powers before turning like Marcel, Finn and Rebekah
@@aldairrodriguez6262 no he wouldn’t have. Hope is a tribrid because she was born a witch, vampire and werewolf. While the entire of the Mikaelson family had the potential to perform magic, they had been TURNED into vampires which is why they lost their ability to perform magic and Hope didn’t. Born>Turned
@@trippykatie ofc she wouldn't be a tribrid then and that's the whole point. All along in TVD they were like witches are in charge of keeping natures balance and when a witch dies she loses all her powers, even though they can be transformed into vampires of course. So it's just weird to see how the series created so many loopholes only for Klaus to still have been alive (before he died then lol) all his vampire life as he never really died from the curse or whatever and then be able to have children. And then the child is a witch with the werwolf gene - does that apply only to Hope or could other characters in the universe potentially haven been both witch and wolf, nobody knows new loophole created - and of course vampire blood runs through her system. So Hopes blood turned Hailey into a Hybrid so okay she can be that too if she dies, but the witch part doesn't really make sense in the whole TVD, TO story telling as all this hate of the witches against the supernatural or the monsters made them 'something better' as to be both at the same time. Like in the beginning they didn't even make Rebekah a witch, because she needed to lose these powers anyways as she died then but at that time they didn't come up with all those loopholes so in the end the writers do not quite follow their own magical worlds logic but just make new stuff up to keep it interesting.
@@liv1419 we're on the same side, i was just pointing out how ridiculous it was that it was debated whether or not hope would'ev got to keep her with powers after she transitoned into a vampire, bc she wouldnt really be a tribid if she didnt get to keep all three
@@trippykatie oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you feel offended. While writing I think i just let our all my anger about this hole Hope tribrid thing even though that wasn't ponited directly at your first comment anymore.
The red lightning representing the birth of The Tribrid is really creepy. Imagine in The Originals New Orleans witches they really tried to kill Hope cause as what they said "The child will be the death of us all" and now...that prophecy has been fulfilled. 😀
2:36 she scared the s*#t outta me. It reminds me of those old dracula scenes where he just stares at you like your prey. Klaus' scary side for sure in Hope
Hope Andrea Mikaelson. Daughter of the crescent alpha and the original hybrid. Granddaughter of the original witch (not the first but you get the gist) and now the firstborn original tribrid. I’m excited. I’m so very excited.
Hope Andrea Mikealson. Daughter of Hayley Marshall, Crescent alpha and Klaus Mikealson, The Hybrid and alpha of the South-Atlantic wolf pack. Grand daughter of the Original Witch Esther and Descendant of Inadu Lebonair. Her ancestors include the most infamous witches that created both vampires, werewolfs and connective magic leading to hybrids, pseudo immortal witches and later Hope.
I might have liked this comment but I don’t believe Hope is on par just yet😂😂 I mean she hasn’t done or shown anything yet….the potentials there though
@@kemj9 She already turned off her emotions and we can guys know the destruction caused by Mikaelsons with their humanities on. Now imagine a Mikaelson who is first born and a tribid with emotions off.
@@kemj9 To be fair, three of the four witches on that list each created a totally new race that is now part of Hope's power. Qetsiyah's creation of the immortals led to Esther's creation of the vampires, and somewhere in-between Inadu made the werewolves. Dahlia and Freya lived up to their namesakes, being as powerful as minor goddesses in their own right- with Dahlia being able to literally kill entire towns on a whim and control the masses, as well as crafting methods for eradicating the Originals; while Freya was shown to shatter the spells of some of the more powerful witches in New Orleans without much effort during her peak. Hope not only inherited her mother's direct, undiluted lycanthrope gene, she also inherited the built up and uncontained power of her witch ancestry (including the first born gift), and the pure vampiric DNA from her father- who happened to be the most powerful of the Originals. While she hasn't done anything remarkable as of yet, Hope's mere birth, triggering of her wolf gene, and her former possession from Inadu were all marked with horrible events- floods, disaster, mass murder, supernatural storms felt county-wide. Even as she triggers her final transformation into an immortal Tribrid, the sky turns a sickening red- as if Nature and the Gods are basically crying out "BLASPHEMY". She was built up as the most powerful witch in the known world, exceeding the most prominent casters in history- but she's been more like a broken powerhouse- being more like her mom with brute-forcing her way through situations. Most of what we know of her power comes second-hand. For all we know, she might even be capable of creating witch-vampire hybrids or regular werewolf-vampire hybrids with higher levels of strength than before. She is an Original in her own right, the first of her species...
they can leave hope is literally 2 times confirmed as the most powerful thing in this universe personally by writers and they have 100 times boasted of her power in the show
everything about this scene was exactly what we have been waiting for. what alaric said, what hope said, how everything looked. spot on. this show is definitely going up.
For anyone who still doesn't understand how she still has her magic: *She's part wolf too. Her part world allows ber magic to still be connected to nature therefore she doesn't loose it. Kinda the same loophole that allowed for her to be born. Klaus could've also been a Tribrid if only he would've activated his powers before turning into a vampire like Marcel, Finn and Rebekah but they don't have Wolf genes so their magic was gone the minute they transitioned.*
All the mikaelson children were turned so their access to the dark magic that runs in them was cut off…hope is different she was born with original vampire blood in her so innate ability to do magic would’ve never been cut off…even after she transitioned her wolf side has nothing to do with her magic…she’s something that shouldn’t have been born that’s why she’s nature’s loophole
The scene where she opened her eyes and the storm..ugh love it! They could explore so many plots with Hope being a tribrid!🔥🤧😩🥺💕 The red sky looks like a sign that the balance of nature is being tipped again, since she's all three now.
@@animegraveyard776Being. Ken said the most powerful being is between Hope and Him and now she killed him. The most powerful being is now her. She’s the most powerful witch, werewolf, and vampire.
@@davidgandy_alt2970 The show ended so the likelihood we will see Hope again is quite low. And if we do, it’s not going to be a constant thing and will be reduced to cameos (like The Originals). I really wish we had season 5 or at least a high budget movie where her potential would be fully realised. Danielle Rose Russell (Hope’s actress) also said she’s happy with where she left Hope.
It’s as if a Heretic and a Hybrid did a fusion she can turn into a werewolf now of her own free will and doesn’t have to turn on the full moon anymore, she can siphon the magic off her vampire self and still use magic like heretics and has all of the strengths of a vampire and none of the weaknesses like sunlight or vervain or wolfs bane she too overpowered she’s officially surpassed Klaus now
@@Fromdafifthflo I know that I’m talking abt now that she’s a tribid she has to take magic from her vampiric self like the Heretics did in TVD because you can’t be dead/vampire and just use traditional earth magic at least that’s how it’s supposed to be unless she just can and it’s an exception for her
When she became the tribrid, and hit the fans with that evil smile, I senesed that Dracula Untold vibe when he brought his army to the enemy base. So hot 🔥.
This whole Hope getting kidnapped and locked up while In transition thing had so many Elena vibes. I had total TVD flashbacks. This was so great! And even when she turned her humanity off afterwards because of Landons death was also exactly like when Jeremy died and Elena turned hers off to avoid all that pain of losing him. I loved the parallels.
Hope became that loop hole that stand between possible and impossible....damn now we are actually gonna see the Real Mikelson......Hope Andreya Mikelson
The moment hope becomes tribrid and shows her eyes man i got some chills also when she says i am my fathers daughter !!!!! epic scene at long last she is a flippin tribrid and damn years go bye bye so fast 7-8 years since we first heard of klaus child
Wow imagine if Hope still had the Hollow powers within her while she became the full maximum Tribrid, the earth is surely doomed including other supernaturals.
The Hollow is her ancestor on Heyley's side of the family. Hope probably has a lot of similarities with her powers as the Hollow. She just needed to gain her full power and now she has. You see the Hollow became what she was how powerful she was because at birth she was given more and more power. It caused her to lose her humanity like a vampire loses their's and she became everyone's worst nightmare. Hope has now awaken her full power. But her compassion and love for others have always kept her powers in check. Now she has turned off her humanity just after she gained more power when she became a full tribrid. Similar to the Hollow. The Hollow probably wouldn't of became the Hollow had she not be given so much power. Yes Hope would probably act more like Kluas. But I actually think she'll be more like the Hollow with her powers unchecked and her not caring about anything or anyone.
Oh thank god finally! And I hope the show lasts more seasons so that we see a lot more of this. And I'm glad that they let her keep the witch powers as well.
I am so fucking happy this took forever new storyline the tribird aunt rebekah coming back yes this is what we expect legacies to be like (even though there still needs to be changes) but yess im so excited for the next episode.
I’ve rewatched the vampire diaries and the originals 2-3x before finding Legacies. And idk if it’s just me, but when watching the show I can still hear her parents and Elijah as ghosts watching her journey. Their personalities, reactions, words…everything. Just me? Okay 😂
@@FlyToSafety I’m kinda thinking it’d be fitting for Josie, tying up her character arc revolving around her fear of black magic, conquering that fear by undergoing the ultimate form of black magic: becoming a vampire. That full circle character development would be so damn poetic
Malivore be like " you underestimate me tribrid, I eat monsters like you. " Hope replies "trust me there is no monster like me" This episode reminds me of Ruelle's a storm is coming. Not just any storm but a bloody storm. Is the legacy of the father to be continued by the daughter. As she says "I am my father's daughter"
People always trying to explain Hope and what she is able to do with Logic and the "normal" Rules of the TVD universe makes no sense to me tbh. Hope herself is probably one if not the biggest LOOPHOLE to every Rule we learned during all these years of the TVD Universe. Also as much as I love this universe and I'm part of it since day one Episode 1 of TVD, the writers love to take their own rules not always 100% to heart or change them around if necessary, just look at "A vampire can never be a witch" and later on "oh yeah here Heretics/Witchpires" sure they found an explanation to why Heretics are able to use Magic even though they are Vampires aka syphen themselfs, but that also means that their syphen ability is something "unnatural" meaning it got not lost when they transitioned. The same principle goes for Hope in theory, she herself is unnatural in her whole being, technically she should have never been able to be born, so her having the Werewolf Gene, Magic and Vampire Blood running through here since birth made her an exception to every rule that normally would apply. I mean you saw how the sky aka nature reacted the moment she turned full tribrid, I don't think that was hopes power but the whole of nature that responded to the unnatural thing that happend in that very moment, even though nature itself allowed hope to be created in the first place as a counter to Malivore. So yeah I wouldn't waste to much time on the rules that apply to normal people in this universe and just accept that Hope is a exception to the rules.
First off hope has the genes of the first witch so alot of rules allready dont apply to her . Second the whole point of the tribrid is that it holds immense unknown power i mean all we can do is watch why complain
