the ending of this video had me tearing up just like the ending of legacies did. sad to see it come to an end but I can’t wait to watch all of your future videos, kath! love you so much, very grateful this silly little show brought us together

Hear me out The Triad had potential. It could have been a group instead of an organization. Their could have been 9 total member’s. The leader could have been a member of the Gemini coven who wanted to survive the merge, and so this member heard about immortals walking the earth and saw that as a way to survive. Discovering every step that Esther took to turn her children into vampires she wanted to grow another Oak tree which was used to represent immortality during the spell. She heard of natives near by who were forced to turn once a month into beasts. She promised if they regrew a white oak tree then she would figure out a way to help relieve them from their curse. And 300 years after the originals left the new world the second oak tree was planted which was later cut down to create wickery bridge. The only problem that was left was the blood of the doppelgänger to draw power from. Hearing the stories of the first immortals and their shadow selves the witch set to look for hunters. The brother hood of 5 to get the location of Silas. Discovering that Silas blood was no use. Silas got inside her head and offered her a solution, his blood as another representation of immortality and then expression. A very powerful source, he only forgot to mention how much it would corrupt her. All he wanted in exchange was the vail to the other side to drop. She tested the spell on a local and followed it step by step and she created an original. Only this original now had the power of telepathy. The witch used the blood of silas who could get in others heads and so the original was now able to intrude others minds without touching them. Words spread of mysterious deaths around area. And the coven became suspicious. The witch seemed more violent and earthquakes, storms and death grew upon town. The witch still had two promises to uphold but never planned on upholding to the promise she made to the wolves. Some of the younger wolves didn’t want the curse to be broken so they planned to kill her but her original already got in their heads and warned her. Instead of killing them she offered them a seat at her table, she promised to enhance them instead of relieving them. And to make sure they didn’t betray her she marked them with a symbol of triangle to represent the expression triangle. If they ever betrayed her they would burn up into flames. Power consumed her and instead of now wanting to prevent the merge she knew she wanted to go threw with it. It’s like she wasn’t herself anymore. She knew that once her coven found out what she was doing they would want to kill her so she forced her sister to do the merge and won. They could not kill her bc now that she is their leader the coven would just die with her. She no longer wanted to be a vampire so she just used the vampires and wolves as puppets. She created a faction Uniting all three species and marked each member. The amount deaths was unbearable that the coven knew they had to do something.They could not kill her but they can send her away to a prison world which would separate the connection between the witches and expression so they could not get out. They tried to erase the existence of the triad so no one would want to release them. Bc that witch could potentially bring destruction to the world. But everyday in the prison world it’s a full moon so the wolves ended up learning to control their transformation and the witches altered their curse so now they could gain more power everyday as they wait patiently to escape.

Really a huge missed opportunity not naming the last episode “Always and Forever”

I will miss legacies but I’m not leaving this channel it’s one of the only good content I can find rn lol

i cried twice watching the finale once when klaus came on screen and then the ending scene

It is insane to think that I grew up with the TVD universe. It is sad to see the show end, but looking back I'm just glad I got to enjoy the ride!

I really really hope they give us a season five with caroline as headmistress i want jed to reactivate his curse either by killing or mabye Landon just delayed it til the next full moon so him and Ben can go back to school I wanna know how Kaleb died I wanna see him and MG adopt jed like they adopted eachother I wanna see Jen randomly showing up to annoy Ben or give him magic advice and I just wanna see more the show in general

It's the end of an era for sure. I couldn't get into The Vampire Diaries but I really enjoyed The Originals. I finished it in time for Legacies to premiere and I thought it was all right. After season 2 though, I just lost interest in it but I still kept up with it through discussions and more recently, reactions to it. I'm sad that the show is ending but maybe they'll take some time to look towards the next TVD universe show and give it some more love.

Legacies went wrong by being a tvd spin off everyone was basically done with their characters Joseph Morgan came back for one little scene at the end for fans and some cash otherwise he wouldn't have bothered that's why ric boring self was the headmaster because he was the only actor willing to be a regular everyone else cashed out unsurprisingly their characters were done horrible and the treatment they had to deal with plec and co made it not worth returning also you have a witch spin off without the most important witch aka bonnie bennett ofc this wouldn't work

it's weird. I had no interest in The CW whatsoever unless it was a DC show. then Crazy Ex Girlfriend and The 100 happened. I was behind on both shows and tried to catch up to them anyway I can. between that, I watch All American. that one's slept on. I watched Charmed 2018 without having seen the original. it's not as bad as anti woke people say it is. I've seen Roswell New Mexico without having seen the original. I did get to see the first episode of the original on RU-vid and thought it was really good but for whatever reason, I moved on and haven't looked back. I've seen Riverdale (and the pilot for Katy Keene) and we all know how that turned out. and finally, I watched Legacies without ever seeing The Vampire Diaries and The Originals. I have seen Jenny Nicholson's TVD video and can't for Friendly Space Ninja's. on its own, I think it's decent. they don't take themselves too seriously and makes its premise as fun as it can. most of its characters are amazingly likable. although it does suck that they had so many fan favorite characters throughout their run only for the actors to leave for whatever reason one by one. most of them don't even come back for this episode. it also had a number of issues that hold the show back from being truly great but not many shows get abruptly cancelled and stick the landing on its final episode. I've tried to catch up to your videos because you have a better understanding of this show and the entire franchise. I'm interested to see what you do next. PS: and yes, I also ship Hosie. real talk, I would've appreciated Handosie even more since they all have crushes on each other. same with MG, Ethan and Lizzie. although, for once, I'd love to see a gender reversed SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE LEGEND OF KORRA Korrasami moment when Lizzie finds out her love interests are dating! after leading MG on multiple times, that would've been satisfying! will they, won't theys are annoying.
