LOL 'It was always Stefan's story' is something people came up with after they realized Delena was endgame to make Stefan seem more relevant coz they were salty af lmao, I like Stefan he was definitely the hero of the episode but realistically the story didn't always revolve around him at every moment of the show, a lot of intrigue was totally separate and had nothing to do with him. What about when he was dating a rando in Savannah was it all about his story still then lmao

Stefan didn't get his happy ending either. He died and neither did Caroline she lost Stefan and Bonnie went to Paris and she saved the entire group and the whole town. Julie and Kat were friends and so were the girls she was talking about the actor who played Matt cause in all the interviews you can sense they didn't like each other but Kat loved TVD and Nina, Candice, Sarah, Paul and Ian. She and Ian were best friends. She was called Fierce by Julie for her hashtag and she loved playing a badass witch and what about Tyler he lost his girlfriend then he died. Not every character is going to get a happy ending. It wouldn't be a great finale if everyone lived and everyone was happy

@@HDuffLover Actors can't outwardly say they don't like a show their apart of. As for Kat, she's said during TVDs last days that she thought the writing for the show was trash and she was right. This show had so much potential but the writers refused to showcase anything other than the Damon, Stefan and Elena dynamic and anyone they were involved with, which is why it got repetitive and the ratings went down around season 4. And FYI no, Kat Graham and Julie are not good friends or even mutuals on social media. Julie mistreated Kat and Bonnie for 8 years, it's no wonder Kat unfollowed her on twitter when the show ended. Caroline Dries is another name to add to the list of people who mistreated Kat. As for the cast, Kat remained cordial with most of them, I wouldn't say their best friends just coworkers. Ian was the only one Kat seemingly got along with the most and he was the only actor from TVD to call the showrunners out on their mistreatment of Kat. BTW Kat never had a problem with the actor who played Matt (idk his real name) I think you were referring to the actor who played Jeremy.

@@theshadowcircus When Nina Dobrev left the show her and the girls got very emotional so she was besties with Nina and Candice and Julie called her character fierce and she said fierce I like that, she didn't like when Bonnie died several times but each time was different one time she became the anchor to the other, she traded her life for Jeremy's cause he didn't deserve to die and they didn't really die more or less but her and Damon her best buddy went back in time to the 90s, the best era in some sort of other dimension living the same day over where they met Kai so each time is different. She was practically the hero of the show and Season 6, 7 and 8 went way higher in ratings then season 4 in fact Season 7 and 8 both got 100% and this show was in the top 5 shows I read on wiki that TVD was equal to Game of Thrones until GOT plummeted very low in the final two seasons and TVD passed it. People hated Season 4 because of the No Humanity Storyline, fans get angry when Elena's not with anyone and their favorite heroin turns into a villain thats the only reason but I'm not like that, I don't watch the show just for romance. Two of my favorite characters are Katherine and Klaus and his family so of course I'm always going to love season 2 and 3 more but thats just my opinion and I could care less about Delena. I watch the later seasons for action and character development and Bonnie goes through a lot. I wonder if she ever got along with Kevin cause he was more the tough writer but the two people she didn't get along with was the guys who played Matt and Alaric. Her and Zach were shady towards each other in interviews. I love her ending she got go to Paris, exit Mystic Falls and start over and now Caroline's in Europe and Nina Dobrev carried that show with her amazing acting she deserved all the sucess and credit she got. Everything has to be politically correct these days and now shows are boring and fake.....

bro they treated Enzo and Bonnie so badly. Enzo dies on the last season when him and Bonnie were gonna be happy together and Bonnie loses everybody that she cares for, while her friends don't even care about her hardships. Enzo and Bonnie should have been endgame.

The funny thing is that Klaroline fans didn 't get anything in the end either . I 've always been infuriated by Klaroline fans . When the show came out , they blew up the entire media space . They hated steroline, they said Stefan didn't love her, that she was unhappy, that no one needed this wedding. They really prayed that Stefan would die . And the creators really showed this stupid letter after Stefan and Caroline promised to love each other forever .... You have shown that Steroline is true love, so then show it to the end. As a result , Caroline went to Klaus , gave him a kiss out of pity and he also died . But by the end of TO 0 questions, it's perfect.

Alaric was always one of my favorite characters (even if the actor is a total douche) and I loved seeing how much lizzie reminds me of caroline who is my other favorite character. So many Easter eggs in every episode for the vampire diaries too.

@@Qtlika yeah I get why others like the originals. For some reason it wasn't as good to me. I always felt like somewhat bored and somewhat annoyed with the mikaelson Klan. I agree that legacies has super lazy writing for the last season especially but it was the tvd nostalgia that is the reason I love it. I don't get that at all from the originals.

Unfortunately, delena fan service means a lot for this show, even more then main character happiness 💔

That's because TVD isn't very well written. The final episode itself is filled with plot holes. What's even worse is the fact that Nina leaving technically changed the ending for the better. If she didn't leave the show then both Stefan and Damon would have died in this episode and Elena eventually ends up with Matt.

Stefan did get a happy ending it wasn't exactly sad was it

Spoiler for anyone who is watching or plans on watching legacies: Yeah, in legacies Alaric says he’s amazed at how they rebuilt the gilbert house and they actually show the house. Elena is also mentioned cooking an old Salvatore recipe for her kids as well as for Josie. Delena have a daughter named Stefanie 🥺

That wig was a tragedy, like wtf 😷 You can totally tell it’s a wig, at one point you actually see her real hair coming through. And it gave Nina this weird hairline along her forehead, whyyyy didn’t they just use extentions??? 😩😩

Julie plec said she was happy that it didnt end with elena in the last couple seasons because it reminded her that the story was a love story about 2 brothers.

That is not true! Julie NEVER wanted Bonnie and Damon to be more than friend she has mentioned that several times! Also Delena had become too popular by then being the only couple to get 2 PCA awards and winning various Polls ! So We’ll never know for sure! Julie said if Nina didn’t leave then they would have re introduced the love triangle but kevin always liked stelena but then again he stopped writing after 3x1 and came back for season 8! The writers also wanted to end the show with Elena being with Matt initially and Damon being-way more evil but all of that didn’t happen as they continued and decided to change, so we’ll never know for Sure how show would have progressed otherwise!

most of this realy isn't true it was just julie pandering to stelena and bamon shippers because ~anything could have happened~ if nina didn't leave the show the only thing that they knew they actually wanted was a brother or both brothers dying

Yes. Especially the fact that Elaina was already awake yet Stephen still got to see her to say goodbye after he died...?? It made sense that Bonnie got to see her when she died. Only because Bonnie's death was the loophole to the spell. For Stephan to see Elaina after he died doesn't make sense unless it's some unspoken doppelganger thing.

@@Web497 Bonnie died which resulted in breaking the sleeping spell which then allowed Elaina to wake up I felt was well explained. Elaina being able to see Stephen for his goodbye chat after he died. Was not explained at all. Unless it took Elaina that long to completely wake up from the spell or something doppelganger.

TVD is also about friendship and family. But more love, yes.
