Your voice sounds better and you are moving easier. I've had acupuncture and it did help me but everyone is different listen to your doctor's advice. Stay on your diet,exercise and get your rest. Your on the right track ..you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers..

I’m in Calgary, Alberta Canada . We are currently getting the remnants of Hurricane Hilary . The rain is much needed . We’ve had water rationing . And it seems everywhere in Canada, wild fires have been burning everything in sight . So much damage, fire fighter lives lost . Entire towns burned to the ground . People have lost everything . Calgary is currently hosting some of the residents from the North West Territories . Yellowknife was completely evacuated . So this rain is so welcome . It’s been a warm constant rain .

Yes turmeric helps inflammation, and black pepper helps turmeric work better. Pick up some black pepper capsules to take with turmeric. And 44 #s is amazing good stuff. You’re doing it right with exercise and change in the food. Yay! Good on you! 👏👏👏😎🙏

I was on Prednisone for about 4 weeks starting at 4 pills a day for a week then going done each week until gone and I felt absolutely great . I wish I could be on it all of the time.

I use wal-mart plastic bags as packing material instead of Bubble Wrap (if I only need minor protection). Ends up saving hundreds of dollars a year.

I'm from St. Paul MN. It was 97° today and the official feels like temp was 111°. This is not Las Vegas where it has these summer temperatures. This is Minnesota where it gets really cold and snows a lot in the winter. I'm not mowing the grass today. 🥵

Hi, as I lost weight I thought my arthritis would get better but it had more to do with food. Be careful some arthritis pills have side effects and when I was 45 with one year of being on the pills I lost all my teeth. I had never had a filling before that 😢 love watching 👀 thanks Chrissy from New Zealand ✌️

Love how you are upbeat even with all your pain. I guessed it Rheumatoid Arthritis. Processed foods can make it worse . Plenty of wholesome food, fruit & veggies. Looking great with all that weight loss. Emigrated from the UK 1985. Living in Florida . Keep it going. Ex-pat Gaynor.

Hi Mikey! I’m so sorry you’re having to go through the pain and fatigue of a new illness.💕 I’ve dealt with Fibromyalgia for 35 years and holding yoga poses these days are painful for me. I’m going to look into tai chi. I don’t have the patience for meditation, but enjoy tapping. Just letting you know of other options. Also, ask for help and get your nephews and others to help you with your room move.👍

Watching from outside of Toronto Canada. Glad you are trying to push through your day but its ok to rest more & slow down. Stretching exercises or yoga might help to start & wouldn't be too painful. I am in week 5 recovery of knee replacement & trying to keep up with all exercises but they do help & even doing just stretching feels good. One day at a time!!

Speaking my language Mikey. I just bought USB cordless tires/air pump on Amazon for same reason. Love the scores you made. You two top the nephew fun list. Guess what??? You will have to wait until next video for diagnosis. I along with others that love you and Super Cort cannot wait to hear. I have done acupuncture and acupressure. Did not do anything for me. Reikii, Tapping and Bowenwork would be far more superior IMO only. Love, light and healing to you and Super Cort. 😎😎✌️🐶

I'm a first time commenter on your page. I live in Napa and boy do I know your struggles. My neighbor and I started walking 3.5 years ago and we keep saying when do we start feeling better. I have not lost any weight since I started walking. But she isn't going to let me off the hook to stop walking because she says the same thing that you have to keep moving. So hang in there. Thank you for taking us along on your journey. I hope your feeling better soon. Keep the videos coming. Love Temu as well we are hooked. There are hit and misses but for the price you can't go wrong.

Enjoying your happy thrifting n finds. I have major disc issues from neck down to sacral. I tried all kinds of treatments plus steroids but unfortunately due to my kidneys can't or take any type of pain meds. So I know your pain.
