Aldon Baker has been training motocross and supercross racers since 2000, making a name for himself as the best in the field. His "Baker's Factory" training facility has churned out some of the greatest athletes in the sport, including Ricky Carmichael, James Stewart, Ryan Villopoto, Cooper Webb, and more. His secret to success? Ditch dairy.
Baker simply does not allow his riders to consume dairy (or red meat) while under his instruction; he doesn't believe it does anybody good, and his athletes' success speaks for itself.

Wow!! We need more videos like this! Aldon has trained almost all the Supercross Champions since RC in the early 2000s to James Stewart, Ryan Villopoto , Ryan Dungey, Jason Anderson and Cooper Webb last year , so I guess he knows what he is talking about!

Switched 5 years ago, no milk, red meat, no breakfast except black coffee, two small meals a day with fish, lots of veg spices chilli white rice peppers onion red egg's fish prawns water. Big difference in gut bacteria no bloating no acid or indigestion. The biggest thing I dropped is Breads and I will say that is the hardest but I never have headaches never had a cold or flu. So Coffee and then out on mountain bike for two hours and back and prep for the next day. While I cycle I drink 55mls of water with a Lemon squeezed in. First meal is the 1600

@@Dustin34 It's a small bottle so about 1/2 a litre then drink through the day until clear urine as important not to dehydrate as in the summer would cycle twice a day or practice on the 450 in sand but no bike at the moment as broke my Femur in 4 places a year before lock down crap but itch to get back out as miss the bike.

yer but I'm 100% anglo/celt from the uk and milk and butter REALLY ups my recovery. diet should be based on your race

correct we cant process all the iron in plants but we can most in meat

Sorry alden and fans . Broccoli has 0.7 mg of iron to 100 grams . And Beef has 2.6 per 100 grams. Rocen eats raw liver .liver has 17.9 mg of iron per 100 grams
