HI. I know this is 3 years late but thank you. I have done others since. I know I am not great responding, but this is the first I've seen your message. I am so sorry.
Lego is, agreed. Though Lepin actually does put out their own sets some of which seem kind of nice. They just need to stop selling Lego and MOC (w/o compensation anyway) designs.
@@studsmcsnap7672 I still think lepin is countrified... I have been building Lego since I was just 4 years old and I never had a problem with it... Also lepin is a lot cheaper cos' they don't have to design the sets all they do is copy Lego's kits.. Also Lego pays for example Disney to make the Star Wars or the Disney sets... Lepin doesn't have to pay cuz they put different titles like instead of Disney they put Disnen... Idk and instead of star wars they put titles like star wnrs Or star plan... And this is not copyrighted because Disney thinks that this is not actually star wars.... Whatever...
I understand and agree with what you said above. IIRC, Lego sued them to stop producing counterfeit Lego sets with which I agree 100%. Lepin could still manufacture their own designs. For now though, Lepin will even lose that ability as they took the molds in the raid also. I have a feeling they will be back, I just hope they learned their lesson and stop counterfeiting Lego and MOC builders (without compensation deals) designs.
