The Christian Cuber No labo used "Lamborghini" doors aka scissor doors. Butterfly doors r hinged on the A pillars n flop out like wings of a moth.

I just went to take a look at that, and attempted to recreate the pose on my model. The EB review text doesn't mention that the doors do not close when you try to cheat two figures in there. You can see it even in their photo if you look carefully. It also requires "illegal" wedging of one leg of each minifig in a very high-stress position, while the figures also sit in a most unnatural pose. You can technically force them in, but I'm still very comfortable saying they don't *fit*.

You CAN squeeze Doc Brown into the DeLorean, but it takes both piece removing for stud space and a bit of fiddling.

Hey Jang, a note on the roof, if you look at the original design submitted to Cuusoo the roof was actually wider. It was LEGO that reduced it to 4 studs width and the top which a lot of people are complaining about because the roof is so much narrower than the body and due to the problems fitting two figs in. I believe they also moved in the bases of those pillars 1 or half a stud from the sides toward the center of the car.

I improved this build, I made the wheels more inside, made a better mr. fusion, replaced the bending tubes by strings, and made it fit two minifigs(just sad I couldn,t made it fit jeniffer from bttf 2)

Jang, the original Lego Delorean (before Lego modified it) was much better. The top of the car was a lot wider, at the wheels had actual arches.

I know I am being a bit picky, but those aren't scissor doors used for lamborghinis. No, those are full wing doors from certain Ferarris any all Paganis. Love the vid, just wanted to mention that.

I got this recently and yes the fact they both don't fit in sucks.. You kinda have to wedge him in there (not damaging any bricks) but he isn't connected to anything and it just feels unfinished :c

not for that price. probably cheaper to get individual parts from pick a brick and the parts replacement site then getting online instructions and making it. if you would rly want the figures then get the dimensions packs, theyre also more accurate

elgeeie I think it's the way they did the hood section. If you look at a delorean, one of the main characteristics of the vehicle is the pretty much completely flat, square hood section, and they kinda killed that look by giving it a staggered look with the tiles and then still making it come in from the sides at the front. I think they were trying to give the illusion of a slope, but it would have looked better if they just added another layer in the very front, making the whole hood completely level

013Crashman Yeah I agree. Either that or they could've used a larger, smooth piece that's slightly curved for the entire hood of the car.
