My great ball contraption (GBC) module "Spiral Lift compact type". A improved model of the spiral lift I made before. More info: akiyuki.jp/en/works/1841 My website akiyuki.jp/ #LEGO #GBC #レゴ
Only problem I see is that the GBC standard specifies that the output be in line with the input, though that looks like just a simple shift of the top brick layers and liftarm "panel" of 90 degrees.
What causes that little bit of precession, that wobble most easily seen at the top of the module? Would that be something that's easy enough to fix or stabilize? I feel like it detracts a little bit from the motion of the lift.
I agree (although I feel bad complaining, as the overall quality of Akiyuki’s designs is so high!). If that could be improved it would be as rock solid as all of his other designs.
