I have insane Nostalgia for Knight's Kingdom. Loved the more goofy ahh vibes of the early 2000s sets. Todays sets are better, but less fun.

I agree with that--design gets better but Lego isn't as creative anymore with their themes

I actually had no idea this existed, but it looks sick! I always love seeing board games that turned into LEGO sets, and this is pretty cool! Great review and keep up the awesome work!

Lego kind of hides their board games these days. Now just imagine if Mega did a Halo one...

@@DemarcationMedia yeah same for me found one for 118 not a bad deal. Most of these sell for hundreds so 80 is a really good deal.

I have recently purchased a used set labeled as Lego 4277678, and the box is same as yours. There's another box in different print in the market, which is labeled as Lego G678, seems to have all the same pieces as your one. Do you have any idea about this? Thanks.

I'm not sure the other box is a different print, but rather a sleeve that fits over the outside of the box.

@@edmundduck Any of the Lego games are weird in general since they're counted more as 'Gear' than as 'Sets' which means there's all kinds of varying extra numbers and sometimes even names for the same thing

Yes and no. I'm sure people would have complained about how repetitive it was to build, but it would have been a nice touch anyway.

Your board is set up wrong. King short castles to the right

No, it's correct. Queen always is placed on her own color. Then the King. Everyone else is pretty self explanatory

It's an old set too so I expect the view count to stay low. There's somewhere around 8 to 10 Lego chess sets I believe

@@DemarcationMedia what makes this chess sets expensive again?, it's usually a novelty item or a collector piece right, i mean if you got a deal with 80 bucks and you just wait until the price go up, you can resell it for 600+ right?

@@user-mk1gn4ek1z The $500+ one is a MASSIVE beast of a set and it's also castle themed which drives the price up. The normal size ones average between $100 and $200, depending on the theme
