I would love a Lego Victorian theme with trains,factory's and early cars and horse drawn Carriages

I would love if they did a time traveller theme (similar to dr who) it would allow them to do all different kinds of locations and time periods while making it interesting and fun

Would like to see Lego revisiting the Western theme, maybe with a train sett heist, and a paddlewheel boat.

Cybots looks absolutely terrifying; I'm honestly glad it wasn't an actual theme.

honestly. and it might just be me, but i'd love to see more steam engines in lego. one's that are more restricted to a certain part of the world but come with extra pieces to fit more in with other parts of the world.

You should really talk about the studless baseplates or baseplates in general and how they evolved over time.

I believe Dino island was in Lego Racers 2, not 1 also Racers 1 was available on PC as well

I never knew about those Dino Racers... They remind me of the short lived Lego Roboforce theme with DInosaur looking robots and vehicles

The release of the Europa Theme would have been awesome. At least if only the shields they used for the castle sets, the hairpieces and the white uniforms of a few soldiers that were not commonly used already.

Personally I'd like to see a Lego Ancient World theme. Dynastic Egypt, Greece, Rome, etc.

One thing here I noticed that electronics breadboard that look like it was like a compatible I wonder if such a thing does exist or was ever planned or if this might even be a third party thing this would be awesome for Custom Electronics. I know there's a lot of third-party stuff out there that can do some of this stuff but like third party Motors that are compatible with say other microcontrollers and other things like this right down to miniaturized rechargeable battery packs with Bluetooth control built-in and a motor that attaches. I had envisioned even marrying a small breadboard to a Lego plate myself to do some of this type of thing. Any info on their out on this sort of thing even a third party thing would be awesome to know. And yes I know about that system that allows you to use Lego parts to assemble circuits using the copper tape / foil add other devices. I'm currently building some custom Lego compatible stuff utilizing original bricks and plates for lighting and much more maybe one of these days release the plans is open source yeah I know there's pierced out there however this is where some people might do something just outside of what my go ahead created where are the box would not be able to be done but a third party or a custom would be okay in their mind I'm not impressed entirely but I try to keep it there when I can when there is a way and parts are available and available readily I know I'll get some Flack for this but yeah people are like that sometimes that don't mind using something third-party or custom when something like this is not available but it is easily done. And it's awesome to see that they are encouraging other systems to be used with their own when it comes to electronics. You know that censor that has that connector for robotics stuff and sensors. Let alone that Technic compatible piece that has the slots with rounded ends to allow one to attach a printed circuit board to a Lego piece. Industry standard mounting holes are awesome! So maybe we can go further on this. Oh and yeah trying to design a bracket for is there a chance for synchronous Motors of various types of course using the low-voltage ones primarily. And find a way to make a shaft coupling or a few different times to fit the motor shafts to both an axle and also a recess for the end of an axle as well great for those models that can just run all the time or thereabouts animated scenes and such

As a theme I would like to see hmm early modern period. I like my Pike and Shot era XD or even Ancient World.

Dinosaurs have always had a weird place in lego history, Still feel dinoracers would have sold but maybe to a more junior market. Also. Moc idea.

Lego theme idea: lego Pop Culture, this theme would have sets based off popular internet content like famous memes and websites. like a lego cool math games or a recreation of the cat getting screamed at. A polybag with sad harold or a recreation of a mr beast video

It’s stuff like this that makes me want to make my own lego themes or lego adjacent because I know I’m not going to have ideas fit for modern lego.

I would love to see a victoryan era theem

I was always into anything historically based in Lego. They've officially done a number of things; Midieval and Pirates are, of course, the most prominent, but they did do Feudal Japan (Ninja pre-Ninjago), Vikings, Pacific Islanders (Pirate subtheme), Wild West (subtheme of native americans too), and a number of things via Adventures like Egypt, Mesoamerican (Aztec or Mayan, whatever you'd want to call it), Chinese, Tibetan, Indian, etc. And via the Collectable Minifigures, they've done a lot more. But I've always, always been irritated by the lack of a theme of sets based off of Greek and Roman history and mythology. Like...how did that NEVER happen? And CLEARLY they recognize the potential as Spartans, Centurians, Gladiators, Caesar, and multiple mythological monsters WERE included within the Collectable Minifigures.

A Lego Disney castle would be pretty cool!

The cybots thing gets crazier, because I'm pretty sure "Mining robots rebel against humanity" is the plot of Exo Force. This failed set theme gave rise to 3 moderately successful ones EDIT: now I hate to be that guy... But dino island was in Racers 2 which released on PC and PS2 in 2001, not the original Racers on 64 and PC in 1999

Rock raiders is far superior to cybots, we got lucky that they ditched it. Cybots would be another meme theme we look back at and laugh if it made it. Europa theme was pretty based though would really love that.
