I can definitely see Lego cosplayers getting this for just the walkie talkie, as I’ve seen a handful of older Good Cop Bad Cop/Chase McCain cosplays that had handmade versions of this same item, as both characters are usually portrayed holding one!

Honestly Lego should do more human-scale elements, especially the most recognizable parts like the walkie-talkie. I’d love to see life-size Lego lightsabers, or perhaps even the variously colored studs from the Lego games. I’m sure it would sell well in both the collector market as well as with kids.

A shame that these pieces don't connect to each other like real Lego, but they aren't made for that, just for snowman (or sandman) accessories, but these are even cooler than the other super sized Lego brick pack. Love that walkie-talkie! Now I'm in the mood to build a snowman with these things! LOL

I'm surprised LEGO hasn't expanded on this more. They could come out with a Life Size LEGO Playhouse for Kids. You know something you could purchase at Costco for instance.

These are interesting, I wonder if Lego will make more connectable parts that are scaled to this, so that people could build life sized sets, like a life sized Mei’s dragon horse jet, or a life sized AT-AT UCS Walker

Needs to be thicker plastic as they'll be outdoors, in winter, in freezing weather. Thin plastics would crack too easy. I don't see that pretzel lasting past a few seasons.

All of the rebuild the world marketing this year had these giant human scale lego props and it made me so jealous and really want life size lego accessories. I was ecstatic to see this set was getting released and living somewhere where there’s no snow whatsoever I still bought these instantly

I was surprised to find one of these still available at Target yesterday, last one too! Hopefully I’ll get some snow in my area this year to use it on some snowmen! I have a few other ideas for it too. I hope we get some more of these one day!

What a missed opportunity, they should all have been the same scale. LEGO sometimes forgets it's biggest appeal is it's compatibility. LEGO Mario is a waste because you can't reasonably have Mario talk to Darth Vader in the same world, because they are so different, same with these.

I just got them, too. Saw them in store, resisted the temptation. Saw it online then ordered it for pickup. Haha We don't have snow around these parts... Maybe I'll just use them for display.

I’ve actually seen some MOCists figure out how to scale the walkie-talkie to normal bricks, with some building their own complex versions of printed tiles like classic space figure accessories. I don’t remember specific names but it’s the white 1x2 tile with red, black, and yellow paint that I remember specifically.

Just a niggle but the X in LEGO x Target is supposed to be "by" as in 2x4. I didn't know for the longest time and shook my head when I heard it said that way but it makes sense in a way. I hope those are available in Canada seeing as how we actually could use them! :D

The plastic is thick as it sounds like it is possibly styrene which can be brittle, rather than the PVC that large toys are usually made from which is more flexible but looks far less like large Lego. (which is ABS)

There's actually two different walkie talkies pieces as they changed the back on the mold for them at some point. I have some of the older and newer ones.
