After giving birth my core felt so weak. If affected how I walked, went upstairs, sat down. Even laying my baby on my belly hurt from the pressure. I could barley do core exercises. BUT NOW My core feels strong, I am doing the exercises, I don’t feel the weakness and my now 1 year old will sit on my stomach when I am laying down and it doesn’t hurt. Really Jo thanks so much ❤

I lost 50 lbs and it started by working out at home doing Grow wit Jo before the kids got up. I have to be consistent to see lasting results. I have to modify , both my feet never leave the floor at the same time ,no jumping and I cant always keep up the pace but I do what works and my weight loss journey started here so I had to say" Jo Thankyou so much". I just wish I had a picture of the changes my body has made like you always suggest, but nothing is better than how I feel.
I don't comment too much on here. But I have to say, the innovation, creativity, realness, and confidence that you're providing is like no other. I love fitness and was pretty fit then gained 50lbs during pregnancy. I'm 10 weeks PP, breastfeeding, and pumping. It's not as easy to lose weight as it was 0:02 prior to baby due to time constraints, weak knees, weak ankles - PP effects. But, your workouts and energy have really helped me. I'm losing weight and maintaining my breast milk supply. I even trade weights for the baby sometimes if he's fussy 😂. Your workouts are challenging, but they make it easy for me! Just what I need. Thanks girl!

I just love those 20-10-5 workout… I am a busy mama… always running everywhere. But these workouts help me workout out my cardio, strength and core. It was all I needed. I have been with Jo since December 2020. Still here, 5 times a week. Thank you Jo for motivating me!! 🤍

I absolutely love this 5d series, I've never liked exercising and you bring me back into the healthy path. Can you please please please create more exercise routines for 20-10-5 program. Up to 10 days so I can just do them on repeat. Or at least 7days to a full week :) Thank you so much for the inspiration and joy you brought back into my body :)
I have never felt so empowered as i do in this work out series! I have only just finished all 5 work outs and it's the first time I've seen real results in my body, my tone and in my fitness level! Jo, I thought I could complete the entire session and stopped after 23 minutes my left knee I injured a year ago chasing my dog started acting up. I do intend to challenge myself - I REFUSE TO GIVE UP!! Keep it up everybody we GOT THIS!!

The other 3 days didn’t seem challenging enough but today I am hobbling around and fighting for my life to stand up straight, I think I’ll have to try again next week and be more mindful of my movements when it comes to upper body and core

Dear Jo, thank you for this positive workout! You’ve kept me coming back for more, maybe not consistently but more so than before, for a couple of weeks! I’m hoping to keep it up when work starts back up after my vacation. Just to get moving and have some endorphins in my body is just what I think I need. I’m planning on doing one of your workouts 3 times a week since I’m also doing other sports. Hoping it will make me stronger, happier and let my clothes fit more comfortably again. It seems like such a nice community which is very nice as well.

Wow this was soooo hard but also so inspiring to keep doing the program and see the strength I build along the way. Thank you Jo for the encouragement during the reverse planks cause I couldn't do them yet, I'm 6mo postpartum and showing up everyday to feel good again and keep up with my kids. I loved this. 🙌🏾💪🏾

My goodness.. this was the hardest workout of the series so far, or maybe my body is feeling the effects of doing 4 days back to back of the 20-10-5 method! I was shaking, but I feel stronger. I committed to doing the full 5 day challenge everyday this week to see how I feel. I think I was getting bored with my sporadic routine that didn't make sense, but focusing one muscle group at a time has been killer. Thanks Jo, one more to go!
