Leihlo La Sechaba takes a look at the life of one of the most known Sangomas or Sanusi in the country, Credo Mutwa. For more news, visit sabcnews.com and also #SABCNews on Social Media.
The Witchcraft Act 3 of 1957 has messed us up as a country! We were and still are convinced by people who know not and understand not that our heritage is filthy, dark, evil & unholy!
I have to admit, I have heard of the old man. Have read about him mainly on mainstream media buy really never dug deeper. One thing I noticed though is the level of respect he has for various believe systems, from Chriatianity to Islam. On the other hand most Christians would call him a devil, we ought to be ashamed of ourselves!
I realised that in a documentary I was watching about his prophecies. He has respect for all faiths and beliefs. He doesn't deserve the treatment he received from his people. We ought to be ashamed indeed
@@palesamaphisa1953 Things are not always what they seem to be. There are people in your country that should not be tlhere, and these people will commit evil deeds to get what they want. They will make you all turn on each other.
I remember coming across Mutwa years ago. I was in awe of this man. He was so wise - spiritually and intellectually. So passionate. He’s just amazing. I could listen to him for hours. RIP Mutwa
I'm so happy the government finally did the right thing. Baba Mutwa is a treasure that should have been protected a long time ago. I'm very happy he can be recognised in his sunset years finally. His children can find peace and the nation remember who they are. I've been enriched in all my visits to Baba Vusamazulu Mutwa. His knowledge is life changing. It pained me to see people from All the corners of the globe each time I saw him and not South Africans. Now that gap has been filled. Thank you Minister Nathi Mthethwa for doing the right thing. I'm smiling from within.
Wow! What a man. I love how authentic he kept to things especially the ancestral ways of our African people, always reminding people “before the white man came”. I would love to get his books
I think Governments did not want to give him the 'spotlight' because they were worried that he might expose all their dirty deeds (past ,present and possibly future), now that he is gone they are relived. Other prominent figures who have the same type of gifts governments also sees them as some kind of a threat. (When I say Government I'm not just talking about ANC but also the true Rulers of this country that work behind the scenes) People that still think the ANC are the ones running the country, are completely brainwashed.
People are so brainwashed and indoctrinated- we have to wake them up. We're trying to spread the message in a way people may listen- through music, sharing his wisdom and messages. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1p_WEw-s0EA.html
Such a talented black man. All he needed was an ear to be listened to and humans to recognise his spiritual telling and gift through art and writing. He is blessed with his kids
The fact that we're talking about him shows that his legacy, wisdom and teachings live on... And considering that we are all eternal in spirit, we'll meet again... ✌🏼😘👍🏼
Tamas Gyori David Icke often mentions Credo Mutwa in his presentations. I pray for peace and blessings upon the independent thinkers and truth speakers of the world. Those who see clearly are often ahead of their times, and can be singled out and crushed by unthinking mob brutality.
A true African. An African library has fallen. A true leader and advisor has fallen while we as Africans pay no heed of his advice. May his soul be in peace 🙏
As a Spiritual PEOPLE, we didn't need convincing that he is truthful because listening to him or for instance reading any of his books simply connected your soul to the knowledge he is sharing even if you didn't know it before.
Pappa Credo is a national treasure, had the opportunity to read one of his books, powerful knowledge.Let’s treasure ,appreciate and learn from the him.As African we need to learn our history, because will never be taught in our schools!!!
I'm João from Brazil. Ave Mutwa!
Not enough people know about him and his wisdom- it is a complete shame. Wee must try share his knowledge. We're trying to do that in song- maybe people will listen in this form. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1p_WEw-s0EA.html
Yoh! And we have to keep that library walking, so people can wake up! If they knew the truth they would run for higher ground! We made a song with his wisdom. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1p_WEw-s0EA.html
It is a fact that we dont appreciate our own martyrs. All we know is to say RIP when they're no longer here while Europeans suck their knowledge while they still alive.
The black nationality is the only nationality who have been given prophets Messengers and helpers... Unfortunately they have all been betrayed or murdered by the same people whom they are here to help.( Nipsey Hussle, Tupac Shakur, Bob Marley, Martin Luther King,Malcolm X, Harriet Tubman, Nat Turner, etc.)
it would be wise to rethink that! He said Mohammed was poisoned and murdered by one of his wives. this is a lie. He was poisoned by a Jewish lady whose family Mohammed had killed at the battle of Kaibar. What other lies and deception did Credo operate under?
Luke Skywalker Don’t say things you don’t know yourself... You were not there when Mohammed was killed... the aspect of Spirituality and how people for-see things is deeper than anything you will ever imagine...
He doesn't need a statue. He needs his people to wake up and heed his warnings. That is what is needed then he will be remember for generations in the hearts and mind of his people.
@MJM Eternal We are leaderless, our continent has a foreign virus that works through puppet leaders, when will we stop expecting greatness from foreign controlled puppets and create our own leaders?
@@bakarikutemba8750 I feel the key 🔑 is appointing black Americans as well who were sold and stole from the home land and yes push others out draining the resources build a strong military grow after we buy up all the land farm build a trading structure with new allies and keep the most high first vote for new leaders and learn to love all as one👑💯
I just recently learned about Baba Credo. His spirit is very power now and moving fast throughout the online community as a Blackman in America all I can say is Wow!!! I’m learning more about his life, knowledge and more, Thank you South Africa for this Incredible Man.
A walking library. Much respect for ntate moholo waka. Robala ka kgotso. I learned to love myself more. I am proud to be a black Queen Goddess. I learned a lot from him.
just watched the video just now, and the last few words ubaba is saying in the last part of the video just broke my heart and has just made me emotional...Rest in Perfect Sleep Baba Mutwa "goodnight Sanusi" Goodnight Baba...
I discovered Credo Mutwa when I read one of his books whilst in high school in the mid-seventies. The man had a profound effect on me back then and today, forty-five years later, I still treasure the wisdom, compassion and foresight of this great son of the African soil. Life has not been kind to Baba Mutwa and his family, yet he has made peace with his past. A true legend among men.
@@darpanmajumdar6104It was Indaba my children and Let not my country die. I think I was about 15 or 16 at the time. Had a big impression on me at the time.
respectfully may i ask what you mean? the way i see it has just got much worse and Credo Mutwa's prophecies are being ignored. look at the mess we are in . Aids/ 'corona' 'covid' apartheid X1000
I personally have known this man Yes ,of cause he was a biggest treat to those who had no knowledge ( truth ) Credo was a biggest treat to those who had no knowledge Particularly in the house of Christianity religion
Thank you for this video. I have been wanting to meet Baba Credo Mutwa ever since I first saw a video of him several years ago. As a traditional healer and priestess, I honor him.
I promise it hurt my heart to hear he passed. I'm not the kind of person that gets impressed or inspired easily because I'm very spiritual and worldly concepts and ideology dont appeal to me. But I said there are two people I would have loved to meet in this century. Credo mutwa was someone I was looking forward to meeting. What a blessing it must have been to learn from him. I feel a great connection in my soul and I believe in my heart it's not an accident. I have visions I have gifts and I'm just now starting to accept my life and journey is not one loved and accepted by many.
I enjoyed watching his life Wen you tube started it was so fascinating from Wen we humans came from and the church which they used to go and worship a lot you I learned from him Rest in peace Baba
amazing man, even when his sculpture are being framed I can feel his overall purity and essence embedded in them. Thanks for your mostly unnoticed service to people :) we should promote these figures in our society more
Re a leboga baba 🙏🏾 I’d be lying if I said the end of the video didn’t make me sad to the core. Everything you worked for did not go in vain, as of the time of this comment I’m 19 and I still firmly believe that Africa and my country of South Africa will rise! I may not know the time but I believe things will work out and the people of this continent will travel down a spiritual and beautiful path. Robala sentle ntate 🙏🏾 thank you for everything.
A long live Legend Baba Mutwa. I respect Him very much truth really hurts and people from south africa don't wanna listen at all. our culture is fading away because we are ignorance
He is tired but his message reaches us all, words are currents Baba and frequencies, activation is now..forgive them Baba, for they know not what they do..
I just started reading his book. I found it on day 3 of my cycling campaign from Jozi to Cpt which i am still on as i write this. I am currently on day 28 in PE. I am cycling for Gender based Violence and substance abuse. mainly its a personal journey of discovery. Identity
Siyanxenxeza Siyashweleza Baba wethu Bab uCredo Mutwa, my heart breaks at how you were treated and what a pity, cause you were and still are a gem of Africa and the world at large may you forgive and look back at your nation with loving and caring spirit, teach us still kindly we are your children Baba, Camagu, ulale ngoxolo Baba wethu, sohlala sikukhumbula sikwazisa!

today i find myself watching the great Sanusi.why because i happen to have questions of our youth, of our politicians,of our govenment who allows our country to go to waste because of selfish reasons. I wanted to understand who and whatbabuMutwa is all about and be informed. thank you for these videos,i pray youth could watch and listen to such wisdom. one person wrote when an elder dies the library is burnt to ashes! Indeed our country is in shambles, drugs, alcohol, murders state captures right left and center. Cry my beloved country!!!
Hail fellow brother. Your life did not go to waste. In fact the very vibrations of your existence echoes through times still to come. A life of a man fortuned can only be realised once self sacrifice has completely been embodied. Thank you for your sacrifice. It has surely touched me on my life journey. I too consult the other dimensions for advise in my own way of solitude in a world of material order when i get the chance and time. I wish we could have done this together. Maybe i will see you soon 😉
Ntate credo mutwa was a GIFT to us Africans who neva recognised it and we'll SUFFER the consequences bcoz of that actually we're already suffering regarding this dealiest disease
