'Migration' has a very specific definition. Giving it a metaphorical pseudointellectual bullshit airy fairy definition is not 'cool'. The university needed someone with real competencies, substance and actual credentials. This whole speech is utter incoherent garbage, cringe-worthy and embarrassing.

And why you went on insulting his intellect? was it because you wish to be standing in his place instead of him? Or were you jealous of his deep, expressive self and the knowledge he accumulated?? If I wanted to keep it simple, was it because he was a black man who grow up on a foster care who was able to find his incredible inner talent and sharing it with the world? What is it?
