I love watching a tidy organized baker,who cleans out the cans and bowls with the proper tools,with that much care making the pies,you just know the pies are amazingly great.

Came across at least 5 videos and finally found the perfect recipe. Thank you! Also for the lemons you can microwave them and roll them on the counter first. Get more juice that way. Thank you for the awesome video

I just made one of these 45 minutes ago but you guessed it mine has 3 egg yolks! 64 years later surprise I'm still alive!!!!! But I will try it without the yolks next time and add the zest! YUM The hardest part I think is having to wait until it sets up! My husband keeps asking is it ready yet? lol So I'm going to put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to speed it up! Thank you for showing this yolk free recipe. Well I tried this recipe but unfortunately it never set, I used 1/2 C of lemon juice. I was not happy, but my hubby liked it, so I need to stick to the recipe with egg yolks!

Hi Mrs. Johnson I have never prepared with out egg I was taught the eggs hold the pie together but with this recipe the cream. cheese holds it together Wow for 41yrs I have never used cream cheese at all Can't wait to try

Love this recipe. Like the fact that there are NO EGGS. The cream cheese makes it rich. This is one of those recipes that if you need to take a quick dessert to a gathering, this is it! Many thanks for sharing

cool whip is like plastic whip creme hydrogenated that means it coats your arteries so use the real stuff instead.

Love this pie! I've made this numerous times! Regarding zesting a lemon I try and not get the white part. My reason for this is because the white part can make desserts have a bitter taste. I've made this pie but without the cream cheese. Instead of the cream cheese I used Cool Whip. I like the pie better with the cream cheese.

I have been making these for years except I use the lemon only without the zest... instead of cool whip I line the sides with cherries from a can of pie filling.... absolutely delicious

My mama and grandma always used raw egg yolks and while I loved the pies, when I became an adult I cringe at using raw eggs. I'm going to try this recipe for sure. Could you swap limes for lemons, I wonder?

Fide Logos I just watched another Lady doing this and she put raw Egg yolks in her Filling ..Urgh it turned my stomach to be honest ..Certainly going to try this Recipe ..It Looks Delicious ..By the Way what is Cool Whip ??? I am English so never seen that in our Supermarkets ..

@@laceylocket1 It's just whipped cream. You can buy Cool Whip in a plastic tub here, or you can get whipped cream in a can with a squirt nozzle. You've probably got it in your supermarkets under a different name.
