Lemon Rice
Ingredients
Praboiled Rice - 2 cups (Cooked)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Beans - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Potato - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
You can also add
Chayote, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, knol knol (kolarabi)
Other ingredients
Sesame Oil - 30 ml
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Chana Dal - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 - 3 (Slit, adjust as per spice level)
Ginger - 3 inch piece (Finely Chopped)
Curry Leaves - Few
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp (Adjust as per taste)
Coriander Leaves - For Garnishing (Finely Chopped)
Lemon Juice - Juice of half a lemon (Quantity varies as per lemon variety)
