Worked for me. I was waking up with my blood count 210. I drink juice from 2 lemons with just a small, very small amount of sugar. Next morning my blood count was 170 and then 120 ion the ageternoon. I also walked 1 mile during the day. It works.. :)
Lemons offer numerous benefits, such as: Rich in Vitamin C: Essential for immune support, collagen production, and antioxidant protection. Hydration: Lemon water is a refreshing beverage that helps keep you hydrated. Digestive Aid: Lemon water stimulates stomach acid and bile production, aiding digestion. Weight Management: Some believe lemon water promotes fullness, metabolism, and detoxification, although more research is needed. Skin Health: Vitamin C promotes healthy skin by boosting collagen and fighting oxidative stress. Alkalizing Effect: Despite acidity, lemons have an alkalizing effect, balancing pH levels. Flavor Enhancement: Lemons add bright citrus flavor to dishes, beverages, and recipes. Antibacterial Properties: Citric acid in lemons may combat bacteria and support oral health. Incorporating lemons into your diet is a simple and tasty way to enhance overall health and well-being.
shesssh thanks anyway i have a message hope it help For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” Roma 10:13 Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household.' Acts 16:31
I put the rind of the lemon in a mesh tea ball and steep it in hot water, then I squeeze the lemon juice and pour a bit more hot water over the top part and the pulp goes into the juice then I add that to the rind steeping, add a bit more cooler water so not so hot and drink all within 20 min with a straw (skinny straw w bend works best) it totals about 16 oz., like a bottle of water. I no longer have had bad heartburn or acid reflux. I do this every morning on empty stomach. There was a few weeks I couldn't get lemons so went without, wasn't til I started up again I realized how much better I felt overall! I do drink a few sips of water during as to rinse the lemon from my teeth then brush. Good for gut health too drinking the lemon tea first thing.
@@sweetbeep No. It's a tea & you are steeping it, your not bringing the rind to a rolling boil in a pot. It's like any other tea you make using hot water.
I have been drinking two lemons per day with about 2 liters or water. Helps with drinking water. But cant really see difference in skin or other things.
With exercise (running 2 miles a day, 4 sets of 25 pushups,100 scissor kicks, & 150 sitdown body twists) changes in eating habitats (more salary and veggie intake) and drinking warm lemon watter everyday (1st rhing in the morning and last thing at night) I went from 260 pounds to 215 pounds in 2 months. Believe me....this works
I would stay away from lemon in a squeezable bottle. It probably becomes contaminated with plastic over time. Fresh is better but be mindful to not brush your teeth just before or straight after to protect your teeth.😀
@@mamagracelovelies378 I have already switch to fresh. It is the first thing I drink in the morning before coffee and breakfast then brush teeth before leaving for work.
So I follow the lemon water using 1 lemon every morning for 2 month and develop horrible acid reflux. Has anyone experience this. I feel like too much of something isn't good. The last time I had acid reflux was when I was pregnant over a decade ago and now my son is 15. Went to see my doctor and a specialist and what did they do prescribed medication for my reflux. The side effect was horrible. I couldn't take it any longer so I stop the lemon and medication, after 3 months my body went back to normal.
Hi! I had kinda similar situation. Try not to have it empty stomach. I realized if I drink lemon water during a day time then there's no problem. Thanks
i have no issue with drinking lemon water on empty stomach in the morning. I make it hot and mix it with honey, a tablesppon of raw apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. I heard ACV helps with acid reflux
I too experience acid reflux after I drink lemon water. You may have to lower your dosage or frequency. Or just try to drink it after you've had a solid meal.
Can you just have some boiled water then cool it off put in a cup then just add slice a lemon and squeeze the juice in it? Will that also be just as beneficial? Or can you boil water put sliced lemons in the bowl of boiled water wait 10min then cool down the water put in cup with the boil water that have also gotten some of the lemon juice from it in a cup or squeeze the lemons for the juice in the cup that was boiled with it is it just as beneficial or better? Trying to find a way to store it so i can just make alot and take it as i go but many says heat destroy vitamin c from it but they also say cold destroy vitamin c so lost what to do
I think boiling water may destroy a percentage of the nutrients that the lemon contains. I think you're better off having the lemon with cold/warm water. But see what works for you :)
No because it is processed shouldn’t never get artificial lemon juice even if it says all natural don’t believe it you should always grab a lemon straight from a lemon tree
Even doctors can’t get it straight other videos tell you he diminishes vitamin C. This guy tells you it doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold water, so who do you believe?
One of the dumbest things the good doctor said that lemons do NOT help you lose weight but rather the water you drink with the lemons. But I myself, including a few colleagues of mine, who already drank lots of water on the regular but saw little to no change in weight, invariably lost incredible amounts of weight when we began drinking LEMON water. So, yes, lemon water DOES help you lose weight because of what is in the lemons. 'nuff said!
To loose fat you must have been in a calorie deficit. You can drink all the lemon water you want but the calorie deficit would have been the reason for fat loss
@@jessicadoble4000, you are as wrong as the day is long. But you have the legal right to engage in pseudo-intellectual theoretical banter till your heart's content. I ain't mad atcha, shawty! * wink *
@@masterprophet8378 🤣 I'd love to see a good, peer reviewed study in a prestigious journal showing a group of over-eaters writing off their calorie intake with lemon water
@@jessicadoble4000, enjoy the research. As for me, I will remain content with myriad testimonials of people throughout the world who have personally experienced the fat flushing properties of lemon water. Now make it a great day, sweetcakes! * winks *
@@masterprophet8378 You're right. Why would we use scientific research for this sort of thing? Modern medicine, for example, is based entirely on testimonials and not evidence based research. Silly me! You have a lovely day too my dear xxx
