Lemongrass and Siberian For = cranky husband blend. Seriously my husband really responds to this when he is overwhelmed with household issues like plumbing or car repairs.

How many capsules can you make up ahead?

The capsules cannot be made ahead in my experience. They will melt. Make as needed and use immediately.

I like to buy the DDR prime oil 15 mL because it feels like a better value. Why does doterra add olive oil to the soft gels? Does that mean we should add olive oil to our 15 mL of DDR prime if we take it in veggie capsules? If so, what general ratio?

I’m not certain but I assume the olive oil helps the capsules from dissolving prematurely and fills the capsule completely to lock out air. I don’t add carrier oils to my capsules but some people do. Just top off the capsule with olive oil if using.

I bought this one this month. Want to try a mix to apply to my arm for lymphedema. I already have yarrow pom and most of the top 10 oils. Do you have a recommended recipe for this?

Hi! I can’t give advice for specific medical conditions. I would recommend exploring oils in the Modern Essentials Handbook for what you’re looking to achieve and making a recipe from there. Sending lots of love your way!
