So curious about the details of that 5-pin connector. Is it standard USB2.0 with an additional power rail? Because imagine how cool the aftermarket could be if you could, say, build your own dockable controller that had a ten-key macro pad or a trackball.
Absolutely awesome controllers that could honestly be used on their own to work with pc's for work. Get some good gyro in there and it's a masterpiece of mouse-less comfortable working.
This will be game changer in the gaming industry since I don't have to worry about breaking my permanently attached controller anymore and make the whole system useless when that happen. Thanks Lenovo!
@@Theboss00077 I think the only major thing it is missing is VRR. Hopefully Lenovo adds VRR before releasing it. Otherwise the Legion Go makes the ROG Ally and even the Steam Deck look bad.
Lenovo's wave of mega silent firings in early 2023 were absolutely despicable. They laid of thousands of really great people after posting record profits and bragging about moving up the Forbes list each quarter in their "All Hands" NA org sales meetings to those people that moved the needle for them. They ruined thousands of people's lives, especially those that relocated and even bought new homes during the peak of covid when Lenovo asked for their dedication to support and grow the business. Their warranty process is atrocious and considered terrible by anyone who has had to deal with service claims on top of this.
Comments like this make me doubt there is some intelligence left in humanity. If you don't want to wait something, then go buy other things and be happy. This " not wanting to wait " set of mind has to go.
For a gaming tablet with all the types of games that there is,it would require a 8",a 9" will be to big. For all the controls. There is either games with the controls that are only meant for smartphones. With big presses at the middle of the screen, then they handle the device from the sides cause it's very small you know. There is gaming tablets of 10",for now the problem is the games they make only games for smaller devices like the 8" ones. Those are bad games,it doesn't matter. At the same time it would make a compact and small device and you can always improve the displays with technologies like OLED or 8K (in mp4 format like the real 2K UHD Fullview) for a bigger image resolution.
For the mixt of QHD and 2K UHD technologies from Lenovo devices it's bright but not like if it were a computer. The image definition of the real 2K Fullview is even greatest. Now when I open my last Lenovo tab P11 Plus after using my Alldocube iplay pro 40 I really feel that I'm in front of a puzzle.

Some gaming stuffs doesn't have the best features. I think that my Lenovo gaming (small) Bluetooth headphone that doesn't work anymore (the sound is very very very... low),it was cause of the rain. It was not waterproof. You know when you are tall you can't take care of thousands of small and complicated stuffs at the same time. When we buy gaming things it's not only for gaming. This is F* top, just like my PS3,normally if there is a problem du to water you can unplug any electronic device until the circuits dry. Lot of F* companies make lot of very bad and nasty products or changes,I'll make a quality control. This is necessary, imagine people, infrastructure workers, kids, stores or your mother buying a fridge,a cooler,a shower palm... or whatever very bad and noisy. I think that lot of people and enterprises were inspired by them. I remember that when I was in a kind of death camp long long time ago, that's when a aunt and my mother bought a small fridge, that's what companies was up to,then after fulfilling this long Odyssey,my mother changed it for an other small one but with the cold up to level 5.
The is the best features of this device! The detachable controller! But you also did many bad decisions with this device like only 16GB RAM, no fingerprint scanner, using SSD 2242 instead of 2280 or even 2230, make it heavy when choosing 8,8” screen, using QHD screen which will be useless and most games will not benefit from it and it will drain the battery soo fast!
fingerprint scanner is useless, it would increase the price for no reason. 2280 SSD is way too big for a device like this, moreover you can use 2230 SSD on 2242 slot. QHD screen is the best decision they made for this device because it makes it not only a gaming device but a tablet and laptop. 32GB RAM is useless too.
