This was my first laptop, My mum gave it to me as a graduation gift. Still THE best laptop I've ever used, the upgradability, sturdiness and the ergonomic is top notch - It is still working today! The keyboard is especially amazing, one of the best set to ever grace a laptop.

It´s soon 2020. My X200s has just gotten a new battery. It runs Linux and i use it as a road warrior every day. Much love from a satisfied customer (since 25 years). If you ever wonder about what to make, just look back at this model. If you launched an remake of the X200s with modern hardware it will sell like crazy. I talk to users everyday, that get super jealous over my old Thinkpad. Some of them want to replace their new MacBook´s just to get back to that good experience.

I recently just bought an x200s off of ebay that's yet to arrive, hoping to make the ultimate long life machine with its low volt processor since my other thinkpads with i5s and i7s have terrible battery life and i don't mind a performance cut.

Hi, I've seen your videos and I'll tell you that I have a laptop just like this one but that it has a locked bios. I get a padlock on the screen. I've tried to unlock it and nothing, please help if you have it. Greetings
