That "circular spring" you removed at 1:14, what is it called? Mine is broken, it is not a complete circle, is it suposed to be that way? Thank you.

its called as "wave washer", Its not a complete circle, it has a gap. U can notice the gap of mine at 1:31 hope urs also the same and not broken.

sorry brother I haven't tried with 50mm lens. Mostly should be same from the lens mount side. but at the front should be different.

For cleaning actually from the front itself we can... Just by opening the aperture blades we can clean the inner side of the glass at the mount..

yes its safe to do, but do not scratch the glasses and be gentle with it.

nope. don't use bleach. it will damage the lens coating..
