I just made this and it certainly satisfied my hunger. I made this oil free. I didn't have the fenugreek powder so I used the seeds instead. Thanks for sharing.
What is in the green chili sauce? Some of the ingredients and the quality of them, that you use are not often found stateside ( particularly in bulk), can you please link some of the places where the ingredients can be purchased?

😋😋😋 so fluffy, I can imagine the aroma and deliciousness the fried onions will add to this dish. Note for me to try cinnamon in a meal aside my normal usage of it in drinks and pastry

Beans seem to become softer with a fat of some kind. Taste better too. Looks yummy . I want to try some of your dishes., but, I'm just getting better after a long illness. Is there a very easy ond to start with. Something i can prep the day before so i can rest in between. Lots of allergies though. No tree nuts Coconut Olive oil Peas I know you're busy so if anyone else knows please let me know.
