Hello. Can you tell me if the yoni steam helped to naturally shrink your fibroids? If so, how long did you steam and what herbs did you use? Thank you.

Hello. I attribute the elimination of my fibroids to my diet and lifestyle changes. I wasn’t steaming regularly at the time when I was dealing with the fibroids.

Thank you for your response. So you did not undergo surgery to deal with your fibroids? My fibroids are 8cm and I’m trying to avoid surgery, if possible.

@@sg2733 I did not have surgery though that is what my health team at the time strongly suggested I do. I did diet and exercise and they went away. I still have all of my parts/organs and no fibroids.
