These podcasts have so much valuable information in them, thank you Nyle. I appreciate how you’re not over the top and not overly energetic in these podcasts and actually focus on interviewing the person unlike a lot of others.

Chase is trying to see what is the maxed out ng/dL can be measured with a sensitive test, and if there is a ceiling amount you can test your testosterone at. Mpmd is doing the testing. He's not just taking 5grams just because. This is the problem with RU-vid.
Chase is a legit guy and knows what he's doing and really understands the risks. Of course that 5g sounds a bit crazy in a simplified way, but there's a lot more to it, like constant monitoring of your own health. ancillary drugs, supplements, diet, plan & goals and so on.
@@OvercomeCast it does though. the lactase enzyme breaks down the lactose (I’m an idiot so this is idiot speak) I guess you could say it’s semantics but regular ass milk with the enzyme added is labeled lactose free, because with the added enzyme… it is.
@@Walko-talko I know how it works, but lactose free in my opionion would mean, the lactose would have been removed. Not broken down. Free means non-existent, not broken down. I rare cases it. might not be enough lactase for some people to digest. People that have a SEVERE lactose intolerance can still have issues.and i never said it is a conspiracy theory. But technically it is a lie.
Maybe it was just the way you phrased it- by saying ‘I believe ’ when it’s not a secret and no one is trying to hide or deceive the fact that lactose free milk and dairy products just simply have lactase enzyme added.. not to mention it’s effective for a large majority of the people who are intolerant and in my opinion tastes the exact same . I just think you made it sound like big dairy is doing some sort of bait and switch and I just don’t see it that way. That being said I’m sure some people who are highly allergic still can’t have it, and you’re right you never explicitly said it’s a conspiracy theory.. just that it’s a scam
