Hey, not sure if you check the comments for these older uploads, but just wanted to let you know you're a hugely reliable source of quality content! The BRC mix in particular, it's been nearly a year, no one does this stuff and it *still* works reliably, albeit it being ever so slightly worse cause of deflect shield, but offset by the fact that I just about never see it in bracket or even in the tower. Cheers and thanks again!
Holy cow I needed this so badly. Thank you! I finally figured out what I was doing wrong with that backturn D OS. If anything significant changes for season 3 please do another!
Here's my question, for instance you got the meaty Backturn Stance, some players would tend to mash a fast frame button making them cancel Backturn. How would I punish them and still get my turn in Backturn?
If your opponent is able to mash a fast button to beat your meaty upon entering backturn, you’re not meatying them (as I’m sure you know), so it’s important to know how to set up backturn properly. [2]8h always confirms into 236h bt k if you can buffer the 236h and bt k frame perfectly (a 6 frame total window for both parts of it, pretty lenient once to practice!), with the exclusion of counter hit flashkick versus heavy characters, where we lose to throw every time. Off of our other knockdowns, 214h, 214s, 236h, you’re generally going to have access to both a bt h and bt k meaty, but you’ll need to manually time your meaty to get it here (practicing it also helps internalizing the timing)
@@itscanyonevesimp Well, if they block the bt.K, then you can do bt.P to true string, or bt.K to S to H so the S to H will frame trap them. Or you do do bt.K slight delay S to frame trap. If you do bt.H as the meaty, then stance cancel 5K/2K will frame trap them
