I'M ALIVE! This channel is alive! It's been 9 months since the last video and I've made this special update to get everyone up to speed on what has been going on. It's a little more personal in nature, but I hope you'll indulge me. I'll get back to build videos next week!

LEO! This channel was instrumental in inspiring me to do some builds during my QuaranTime. Glad to see you back. So far I've built a a mic pre, 500 series comp, and finally finished my AWESOME LA-2a clone that I started 15 years ago. I've got enough parts left over from that to build another slightly modified opto comp, then I'm building a blue stripe clone... and if we're all still locked down by the time those are done I might attempt a tube mic build. Maybe some SMD work is around the corner too. We'll see. I want to learn to weld too. That looks like a super awesome skill to have.
