SunKissed Melanin Yes, makeup wipes remove some of your makeup but they don't come close to removing all of it. When you leave residual makeup, oils and grime on your skin, all of the debris clogs your pores and prevents products like toners and exfoliators from working properly.They also tug at the skin making it wrinkly etc they also horrible for the environment.

No Frauds although I have oily skin, I’m not acne prone (thankfully) and I’m able to keep my regimen quite simple as well

Estee imo is for more mature or very dry skins. Their products are very rich so many of their foundations have looked cakey on me (blind buying, bad idea) and creams didnt let my skin breathe.. There are other brands in Estees portfolio that are more suited to younger and/or combination skins. I suggest asking for a sample or testing it on you before actually buying :)

what about if micellar waters or oil cleansers cause you skin/eyes to burn..? Certain types/brands of wipes are the only make up removers I don't react to. Also even when I ignored my reaction, I found that my skin was left with little bumps, like the texture wasn't as it usually is - I tried 5 different ones.

sazlaw so in terms of makeup removers! I always go for something gentle because you should always then after you remove your makeup wash your face with a face wash! I use 2 makeup removers because my eyes are really sensitive too. Many brands do separate eye makeup removers, I use the body shop camomile eye makeup remover for my eyes and I use the camomile cleansing butter on the rest of my face! Camomile is a natural ingredient and is not harsh at all! I then wash my face with glossier milk jelly! These products are quite hydrating so do not strip my skin of oils and dry out my skin. Products that strip your skin of oils tend to cause irritation! However, if your skin is super sensitive - Body Shop do an Aloe Vera range, and La Posay Roche do a sensitive skin range and they are both amazing brands and not too expensive !
