idk i grew up watching my dad play re4 and re0 on the wii so i guess i was just used to it, some parts were scary though i remember hating the island and always wanting to skip it but i was in love with leon

@Jlezy I can see where you are coming from but I see it as he was in military before RE1 and just what he deals with but his growth throughout the series is good. But I understand where you are coming from, chris in 7 dlc was wack how he acted. Don't get me wrong leon is dope just I think the boulder punching hero is more of the poster child because he is in more games. But they both goats
@@willskidman I do somewhat agree, for example in 6 he was very passive and understanding towards Jake, when he could have easily started a fight with him the moment Jake insulted him and his squad. I guess I can see your point now that I think about it, but since this is resident evil, there has never really been a poster child for this game per say, considering how many cool main protagonists it has, never really sticking to one.

After losing someone for 6 years ofc he’ll have questions for her, the 2nd time he “chases” after her he was actually trying to retrieve the sample before it was too late. @SupremeVictory420 never played original but wasn't his objective to save Ashley which he did. He was kind and really compassionate to the girl. Hell, he even did the procedure on her rather than himself first just so she can survive.
I’m happy that they really didn’t change his features at all. I’m not a fan when some remasters kinda make a different character. But for Leon they made him nice and sharp. Well done!

I played when i was 7 on ps2 played on ever single possibile consoles and platforms and completed 1million times and still love the original time to do with remake as well

I didn't have much hope at first but they managed to make the remake as good as the og if not better personally I think its even better. everything was perfect in the remake

They both look fantastic for different reasons. OG Leon looks like an edgelord not afraid of death, Remake Leon looks like hes been through Hell. Both accurate to their intended portrayal.
Og looks like a nice dude who seems like he’d help ppl. He displays trauma on multiple occasions, mostly with ada. Remake leon bitches about his past life even tho nothing seemingly traumatizing to him happened, he acts dumb and is utterly incompetent, bringing ashley with him without leaving her behind in a secluded spot like the og would. You’ve literally got remake leon bringing ashley into the hedge maze despite the fact he could have left her inside that room there where its safe. 🙄 his common sense has dropped indefinitely
I would hug my younger self for liking the OG Leon ever since she was 11 years old, because in the remake after 18 years, Leon is getting more handsome and I love him even more. Hahahha
