The conclusion of Adrienne Clarkson's introduction of Leonard Cohen at his induction into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2006. Due to time constraints on RU-vid, I uploaded the balance of Clarkson's introduction and narration of the LC retrospective separately. I wanted you to be able to see and hear it all.

It hurts to see him and know he's gone. Having Leonard's personal thoughts through his poems, and song, helps to ease some of the sadness. I never felt that Leonard received the recognition he deserved. So it was good to see he did receive a few within the last years of his life.☮️

Leonard has touched my heart and soul for all the years l knew him. And now that he has left us physically from earth his presence lives on so forcefully and with such deep feelings - he will never be gone. Thank you, thank you so much for giving me so much love dear man xx
