Yes grinding stuff at 9.0 is a disaster because of the permanent uptier.

Considering in some tanks it doesn't add weight: definitely take it. Some of the bigger ones are great for baiting shots and absorbing heat shells

I just got to 10.3 with the 2A4 ( got the 2AV and the Vilkas to complete the line up ). 9.3 is a really good BR for Germany but a terrible one for the team. The T-72M1 is pretty good if you don't play depression. Its armor is quite excellent in hull down and the mobility, is good, similar to the Leopard A1 series. The KPz feels really good with the sabot, without, it's painful. On the other hand, while the sabot is better, it doesn't pen that much and will suffer from distance more than the Leopard's DM13-23 and the 3M22 from the T-72. For the light tanks, the Begleitpanzer is kind of ridiculous. Sometimes completely busted, sometimes completely useless ( especially the shitty TOW which is worse than the Marder's MILAN ). The TAM is busted and will definitely carry some games with its KPz-like mobility and way better round. I haven't played some vehicles like the RakJPz HOT, the JaPz or the M48 Super. The JaPz looks really good but the lack of stabilizer throw me off. The inconsistant ATGM damage model, I didn't get the RakJPz and I hate playing the M48 ( because of the A2 C and A2 GA2 ) because of the subpar mobility for it's power to weight ratio. The Gepard from 8.3 is still great but struggles a bit with the introduction of A-4 Skyhawk and A-6 Intruder

imo the M48 super is the worst of the german tanks at 9.3 atm. While the Begligt or T72/1A5 may be the best depending on maptype and teams.

Im currently at 8.0 br germany. let me know which vehicles you will be going with. Also would you recommend me to unlock the 8.7 vehicles (Tam and JapzK) Or go straight to 9.3?

@@StariusYT I have 5 crew. I take 4 tanks and one spaa in each lineup. So far in 8.0 Br I'm using M48, Raketen, Bmp1, Leo1. Full uptier every match but somehow I get some good games. Now for 9.3 I'm planning to go with T72, begleit, Leo 1a5, kpz. Now I have no idea if I should skip the 8.7 br tanks (TAM) They will get uptiered to 9.7 anyways right? Should I skip kpz70 and take TAM instead?

Yep, sure, it isnt because it has a shit ammo compared to the rest of the tanks it faces and cant pen many of the tanks it fights (except for light tanks and few medium tanks) , or because its thermals resolution isnt good at all, or because it cant take a single shot from any tank at its br (even 30mm frontal), or because it doesnt get laser rangefinder till last couple modifications, or because its slow, or because its reload speed is 8.7s. So sure, it is just skill issue
