Wow OriginalGuitarMan! I came to listen to a demo of this guitar and just found myself listening to the whole clip because you play amazing! Killer tone, killer playing man. Loved it! You just sold me on this guitar....
ZuluV1 Thanks for the comment. As far as the backing track goes, that is actually me playing the other parts. I actually record them into logic pro and then run it as a loop while I play the lead along with it.
Awesome.ive been looking at different guitars over the last couple of months to learn on.and this one caught my eye.do you think it would be a good guitar to learn on.again awesome playing
Hey! Thanks for the compliment. I used a Mesa Flux Drive with the treble and bass flat, and the gain at 9 o'clock. I really didn't need much gain at all because I was using the #12 voice setting on the Super Champ which models an 80's Marshall. On the amp, the gain was set to 3, the bass and treble on 5, just enough for breakup. The flux Drive allowed me to get a bit more sustain and growl without getting muddy which is what would've happened if the gain on the amp was up higher. I also used a MXR Super Comp before the Flux Drive.
