Maila Joy Naquita 2nd year/Bulalacao cluster In this scenario, I have never experienced this kind of case regarding one of the speakers or being able to talk on stage. However, I used to be a master of ceremonies inside the church, which is in front of people. I was experiencing stage fright at that moment. The particular reason for this is that it was my first time doing those things, and of course the spotlight was on me, and all their eyes and ears were only focusing on me. I couldn't control my body shaking, my hands shaking, and my voice as well. I didn't know and couldn't imagine how I would overcome those frights. I talk to myself about being confident, for who you are because we are all equal to God's vision. I am grateful that I experienced those things. The particular reason for that is another talent, and the fear I face is that I unlocked it. I broke down the barriers that prevented me from growing spiritually. I am grateful and thankful to the Lord for giving me those opportunities as an act of service and gratitude. Those frights before are now changed and have become my privilege.

Leah Salibio Patnon BSED- ENGLISH -2 BULALACAO CLUSTER Answer;. Yes ! I experience that When called my name , my stomach sank. I was ready to run out of the building. When I started my speech, I could feel sweat beading up on my forehead. Then, I thought about all the tools you gave us. In an instant, it seemed, I was done. I stood there, ready for criticism on how bad my speech was. But the class applauded. They had not seen that I was at all nervous. Your comments were that I seemed like a natural speaker.

Raymond G.Dela paz Bulalacao Cluster Answer: Yes, I have experienced talking in the stage, the one that we have on each classroom. I do, I experienced having stage fright the moment I stood up from my seat. In order for me to calm down, I did the breathing exercise, for about 10 minutes before starting. The nervous tension was still there and led me looking for something to focus on, my hands rather. So, I tried controlling my hands, as it started fidgeting like it was looking for something to hold onto. After that, I was able to finish the talk nicely and clearly. I am grateful and thankful to the Lord for giving me those opportunities as an act of service and gratitude. Those frights before are now changed and have become my privilege.

Salamatin, Mericris S. Tanauan Cluster Way back on my senior highschool time, we have given a chance to speak in front of a lot of people and definitely a part of the new curricullum which really help and enhance our public speaking skills. Going on the point, giving speech in front of too much people really gives us a pressure which maybe a normal and I am one of those who exprerience this. The feeling of being cold and hot and the same time is really possible. Since I have to do the speech, I take a deep breath make myself a time to feel every moment I am at the top, mistakes and stops are done ofcourse since I am shy but thank God I made it and overcome every unexplainable feeling I have that time. Its always takes a time and dedication to made it.

Khey M. Aceveda Baco Cluster Yes i experienced to become a speaker. Being a speaker is not as easy as someone think. When i was in Highschool,i remembered that my teacher told us to make a declamation speech. As a first timer , i really don't know how to delivered speech, i experienced stage fright, mental block and etc. I felt so nervous ,can't be able to talk straight and losing my confidence when i think that not everyone wanted to listen, but for me that is normal. To manage my stagefright , i always try to deep breath, practicing in front of a mirror and act that i am already in the stage to delivered my speech.I always repeat my speech in front of the mirror until i've been satisfied with my speech, i practiced to hook the attention of my listener using asking questions as well as simple jokes. If you also experiencing this kind of problem in delivering your speech ,just be yourself, always give your best, think positive and enjoy the moment.

Evangelio Marilyn A. 2nd yr -E/Major in English Bulalacao Cluster Yes, I have experienced being a speaker and talking on stage before. I have to admit, I did feel some stage fright initially. It's completely natural to feel nervous when you're standing in front of a large audience, all eyes on you. During one particular speaking engagement, I remember feeling my heart racing, my palms sweating, and my mind going blank. It was quite overwhelming. However, I managed to overcome it by using a few techniques: 1. Preparation: I made sure to thoroughly prepare my speech and familiarize myself with the content. This helped boost my confidence and reduced the fear of forgetting what to say. 2. Deep Breathing: Before going on stage, I took a few moments to focus on my breathing. Deep breaths helped me relax and calm my nerves. 3. Positive Self-Talk: I reminded myself that I had valuable knowledge to share and that the audience was there to listen and learn from me. This positive self-talk helped boost my confidence. 4. Visualizations: I visualized myself delivering a successful and engaging speech. This technique helped me mentally prepare and visualize a positive outcome. 5. Practice: I practiced my speech multiple times before the actual event. This not only helped me become more familiar with the content but also increased my confidence in delivering it effectively. By implementing these strategies, I was able to overcome my stage fright and deliver a successful presentation. It's important to remember that stage fright is common and even experienced speakers may still feel nervous. The key is to find techniques that work for you and to keep practicing and gaining experience.

Ronalyn A. Bae BSED 2-D Tanauan Cluster Answer: I'll never forget my first seminar speech for Leadership Training on CCT Tagaytay. Sheer terror threatened to derail it, my mind screaming that I couldn't finish. But amidst the panic, a voice whispered, "You're ready for this." With a silent prayer, I took the stage and channeled that fear into fuel, delivering a talk that exceeded even my wildest dreams. It was a baptism by fire, proof that even the most daunting challenges can be conquered with a dash of self-belief. Standing there, bathed in the stage lights, I realized: facing our anxieties is the crucible that forges true leadership. Embrace the butterflies, channel them into passion, and unleash a talk that ignites not just applause, but inner strength.

Helen Grace C. Lacdang Bulalacao Cluster Answer : Yes, I experienced in public speaking . We went to a barangay and there we did evangelism and had a program. We did doxology and then I explained what we did. I felt nervous, but with the help of the Lord when I was speaking, the nervousness and shame I felt disappeared. Maybe it's like that when God gave you the courage to face many people to reveal his goodness, and his words. At those times I feel that it is no longer me who speaks but the holy spirit of God. I only became a bridge to convey his glory to his children.

I had a fear of socialization which mad eme harder to communicate until I got trained in the church after highschool. I was relieved and started to build confidence. I still need more practice to avoid stuttering but I'm much more better than before. Glory to God.

I got too nervous .When the day came , I wear a proper dress to look me presentable , I felt my whole body was shaking ,I fight the feelings that I have feel . I pray to God to help me to stand to the front of them so that I can relay my speech to them properly, just only think that I can do it with my own. when I start to speak , I almost not breath , because I see all the eyes of them watching of me , waiting what I speak to them. All I have to do is to stand straight , fighting the nervous that I felt . When my speech is going on , I insert a small joke , to intertain them so that the nervous was lost. When I heard them laughing the nervous was little bit gone. And that time I'll pursue my speech with the smile , and I can see them eye to eye, thats why I overcome my nervous that I thought I can't pass it. That was my experience in making speech in front of my batches and to the people . Thank you .

In my case, I made sure to overcome it through preparing my self. Firstly, Know the topic. Before dealing with public speaking I made sure that I knew the topic that I will be discussing. Secondly, Get organized. I plan out everything ahead of time including what I want to present, including the props that I will be using, and the audio-visual presentation if needed. Thirdly, Practice and practice more. I always practice several times before dealing with public speaking". I am amaze to this girl everytime she talk infront of many people,I hope I make it too.

I always believe in myself. I know that everything can be learned, so I did. I always bear in my mind that I can be a great speaker. 2. I always prepare the piece ahead of time. JINGLE T. DALANGIN BSED-ENGLISH BACO CLUSTER ANSWER:Yes, I experienced to become one of the speaker when I was in High School, It's normal to experienced stage fright as a first time speaker. It's totally normal to to feel stage fright and scared to talk in front of group of people, that's why I start practicing a lot by talking in front of a mirror, take a deep breath, know my stuff, have a positive thoughts, concentrating my message can go a long way to boost my confidence while speaking. Most important praying before a speech can be a helpful way to calm my nerves and find my inner strength. It's my personal ritual that provides me comfort and focus. I delivered my speech successfully and I overcome my stage fright.

NANETTE U. GABLINO Pitogo Cluster Section block 1 C Answer: Yes, I experienced facing Ang speaking in front of many people, first when I joined the pageant, when I stepped on the stage to answer the question to me, I felt nervous, my hands felt cold, because I also did not expect to be included in the selected top ten. I ashamed, because those selected are beautiful, and speak English well, and i not yet able to speak English, I knew little before, because I knew a bet little in English even though I was very nervous, and tried to be ok, I focused on the question the jury asked me. I inhaled and exhaled, I answered in Tagalog, then the other people applauded, I lost my nervousness. What I learned, is that if we have a stage fight, it is necessary let's focus on what should be done, pray first, let's not underestimate ourselves, let's focus on what we are, because we are all different, and have their own abilities in a different ways. Thank you.

Abegail E. Sikadan Il-A Bulalacao Cluster Answer; I never experienced in my life to became a speaker on the stage. So that, i find a person that i need to asked how he overcame the stage fright being a speaker. In my interview with a person, some of his answer is wear always a self-confidence, effectiveness of the speech that will delivered or what will be said in front of many people and most of all is prayer. He said, having a self-confidence is the key to making your speech sound good and pleasant to the listener. First, you should also the theme, and status of of the listener whether it is adult or children so that everything you say is appropriate according to the state of the listener. Second, when you memorize what are you going to say , you will be able to properly deliver your speech or everything you have to say above all, lose your nervousness and gain your confidence in yourself. Another thing that is important is having a lot of knowledge or information and sources according to or based on the theme. And one of the answer that struck me was that in order to do the first two, you must have faith in God, because all the knowledge, skills and talent of a speaker has is from Our Thick Head.

Ernalyn D. Manuel 2nd year - BSED ENGLISH Bulalacao Cluster Answer: Yes, I have experienced with stage fright when I'm high school. It's understandable to experience stage fright, especially during high school when public speaking opportunities can be quite common. Here are five tips that I did to overcome stage fright. 1. Prepare and practice: Thoroughly prepare your speech or presentation. Practice in front of a mirror, family members, or friends to build your confidence and become familiar with your material. 2. Visualize success: Imagine yourself giving a successful and engaging performance. Visualize the positive outcomes and how confident you will feel on stage. 3. Deep breathing exercises: Before going on stage, practice deep breathing exercises to help calm your nerves. Take slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth to relax your body and mind. 4. Positive self-talk: Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations. Remind yourself that you are well-prepared, capable, and that it's normal to feel a little nervous. 5. Start with smaller audiences: Begin by speaking in front of smaller, supportive audiences to gradually build your confidence. This could include presenting to friends, family, or classmates.

MALINAO MARITES M. BLOCK C, BAUAN CLUSTER ANSWER: Yes, I have experience speaking on stage because as a HSE safety officer in a large company I was encouraged by my boss to speak about dangerous tasks before and after work on site. as a beginner I apparently experienced "stage fright" because I didn't know what to say and do, what I did was I prayed fervently before I stepped on the stage after I prayed I immediately shook hands while breathing deep, that's when my fear and apprehension about speaking immediately disappeared and the outcome of my speech on stage was smooth. "My answer video are ready to messager group chat."
