I used a number 5 scroll reverse. Most of my work is done with a number 5 but I will use a 3 and even a 1 for very fine work and a 7 or 9 for thicker pieces usually on external cuts like the outer outline. I use Flying Dutchman brand mostly but have used others. I buy my blades from Mike's Workshop and mostly use reverse tooth blades
