@@ubaldoboni1529 Un po'... La bellezza dei nostri sughi è proprio la passione che ci mettiamo nel cuocerli. Se fai un ragù, per esempio, le tempistiche sono molto più lunghe. Per un sugo rosso (al pomodoro) semplice, basta cuocerlo con un filo di olio, cipolla e allungarlo con un po' di acqua per non addensarlo troppo. Basilico alla fine et voilà!!! 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🍝

Da un lato é light perché non usa un fondo, un soffritto, olio o altri grassi per preparare il sugo, ed anche se non sia proprio il modo migliore per prepare un sigo al pomodoro c'è da dire che almeno fa "saltare" la pasta un 5 min insieme alla salsa... Diciamo che è più una pasta da scapolo 😂😂😂.. Ermes sei un grande tanta stima❤❤
