No in my expertise trigger point doesn’t really increase the settlement too much. Epidural is more of a pain management surgery so that does increase settlements

Can a mental illness such as depression anxiety, insomnia hurt a case especially of the plaintiff has problems with memory especially a yr after incident and has had pre existing mental health conditions before injury and after the injury mental health deteriorate over time . Could that be an issue and should i let attorney know about pre existing mental healthconditions. Unfortunately I hs haven't seen a doctor for the last 8 months due to being so depressed and having issues getting out of bed I wouldn't go out except to receive medical treatment. . So would it look bad in my part to re enter an mental health outpatient clinic to try to control my depression etc .. because I can't really remember my incident as much as I remember the first few weeks months detail by detail. I was in distracted by thoughts due to the fact that my girlfriend of 16 yrs suffered a stroke early 2023 so that me very distracted during my depression and lack of sleep due to insomnia. Will that affect my case due to the fact that I was on medication during my injury and was suffering from all these symptoms of not concentration etc ..im just worried that I cant describe all the detail of that day its been 9 months since that day .
