@@michaeldaniels642 That's the one with BB right? I left it out because it's suspected that BB may have just been delusional about merging with the actual god.
@@otakudaikun I thought BB said she met them but, they didn't merge. It was more two beings of chaos meeting and bonding before going their separate ways with Nyaru giving her a bit of power. Why else would she have the tentacles?
To be very precise, Cthulhu tried to possess the soul of Hokusai (like Chthuga did to Yang Guifei), but Hokusai rejected the forced possession and went to Oei for protection in a minute Singularity where we had to help Oei. So it’s more like as long as Hokusai and Oei are summoned together they can fend off their possession.
@@pablotomasllodra4423 I don’t think your reply at all makes my explanation any less valid. It’s even frigging explicitly mentioned in the Void Sea event that Hokusai can be easily possessed if the bond between father and daughter is severed.
@@michaeldaniels642 So is Saint Seiya, and about the only thing different from that one is a lack of zords. Or at least I think Saint Seiya doesn't have mecha.
Yeh her saint graph designation should be foreigner. Considering how much Sefar has been mentioned in FGO I wouldn't be surprised we eventually fight her and the Umbral Star.
@@dzigayu4944 I don't think a saint graph could actually contain her power, maybe at her first stage, but after that it would be impossible, at the very least a limit would be placed on her growth by the very world to stop her from doing what she did again.
@@leslieandrews9208 it could also just be a lost belt version, that doesn’t necessarily need to be the case. Case in point if we found altera in LB5 she probably wouldn’t have her saint graph nerfed by the world since the world didn’t have to send counter guardians and Astoria to stop her in this timeline. She could definitely still have Sefars power in her lostbelt saint graph the same way that the Olympians still have access to their OG machine ship bodies
She is actually the Ruling Goddess of a different older Universe that existed before the Saphire Universe and it’s Servant-like humans came into being.
@@slice_of_my_life1518 You say it as if Nasu has not confirmed the Servantverse is completely canon and actually follows a lot of concepts from his works (like the idea of humans transcending flesh and becoming beings of Ether).
Considering most of the Nasuverse is about magic, fantasy and the occult, it's quite intriguing how much of it somehow have aliens or some kind of foreign intervention.
The first work of Nasu had gene tech as last hope for Humanity. A-rays and Liners were created mostly with gene tech. With their adaptation with the dying world, they show the kinda of power most beings of the past could only dream of. Then we get told again and again the destiny of Humanity is among the stars. Magic couldn't make that happen. Couple that with the gradual decline of mana and mysteries, tech is the way to go so Alaya is guiding humanity to that. So the theme is always with scifi elements in it. Not to mention Ultimates ones in Notes are all Aliens anyway.
Last time I was so early Ancient Aliens were still known as Contemporary Aliens. Last time I was so early Specimen E was still called Specimen D. Last time I was early the Mesoamerican gods had just arrived on their giant space rock.
@@michaeldaniels642 could still work out, the character will start as a boss enemy most likely if ever made, then the character that players get to used is a powered down version that comes with lovecraft as a vessel or as an avatar and has a built in mechanic where the entity sleeps but is able to interact using the avatar. much like the other foreigners
@@LoliLover36669 N'ste Kaambl is basically an Elder God in the Cthulu Mythos to oppose the other Elder Gods. She crafted the Elder Signs, specifically the Astral Elder Sign, warding them off the Earth.
In short, Don't mess around with strange magical items you find in someone's basement, Don't spill blood on ancient trees or groves that have been around for who knows how many years, Always heed the warnings of shamans, druids or priests and don't go to that place they told you about, Do not hit, destroy or interact with something your gut is screaming "DONT TOUCH THAT YOU FOOL"
I'd like to see the Hounds of Tindalos make an appearance in FGO, or their Lord Mh'ithrha since it's sworn enemy is Yog'sothoth. They're pretty interesting as it's implied they're alien to even the outer gods because of their species being of 'angular' time and hunting time travellers. Something to note is that the Outer Gods are from an encroaching fictional universe, specifically because Raum made holes to that universe before being killed by Robin in the Salem Singularity. Unlike actual aliens that may be from Parallel worlds, they're from an entirely separate fiction to Type-Moon. In fact, foreign entities like outer gods are brought down to the level of True Daemons (or perhaps were always that way) and forced to fit into the rules of the setting. Though with BB-hotep, the three burning eyes in her final Ascension NP is very similar to the way Nyarlathotep is presented in Deus Machina Demonbane, which is interesting because Demonbane's author has done script work for FGO and an Afterword for Fate/Apocrypha. Hopefully there's a crossover when part 2 finishes.
Watch that be part 3. A foreigner servant representing the Temporal Outer God (I'm assuming there will be a similar case where they can't say it's name for reasons) begins hunting Chaldea with it's Hounds for their traveling through time.
@@AdHocWholius I put it as Temporal Outer God because they'd be a God like being existing outside normal time. It is meant to be a literal descriptor of it. It's a god existing outside normal time
I wonder how common faeries influence the fate universe due to being phantasm species that is rarely seen by the average mage. Ishtar and quetzalcoatl both being deity of Venus is interesting. If Skadi was more like her mythology counter which would make more interesting if she interacted with Artemis both being goddess of hunt that uses bows.
This reminds me of game-based anime Demonbane. In that you had a mecha powered by the loli incarnation of the Necronomicon fighting monsters empowered by the other forbidden texts. Can you imagine what the crossover would be like?
This is one of my all time favorite Lessons in Magecraft videos aside from the lessons on Phantasmal species. And it's terrifying too due to the fermi paradox and the Dark forest hypothesis IRL.
waaaait a minute ..................... Velber sounds like Tet ................ that alien pyramid thingy from Tom Cruise's Oblivion @_@ really damn good movie btw ~ just discovered it myself recently despite being 10 ish years old
Kinda makes me want a crossover with Ultraman, considering they can fit the Foreigner class being aliens merged with a human. Ultraman Tiga especially would fit in quite nicely not only since his lore is linked to Lovecraftian Mythology, but his status as an ancient alien who has long since left Earth, leaving behind his power for future generations to use has a lot of potential. They can expand on or make an entirely new lore for Tiga and give him a new host to lend his powers to. And then there's the posibilities of an Alter Variant with Tiga Dark...
Good morning teacher ⚜️🍎 Otaku cool I heard you and other gods are on phantasm food stamps order. Awesome topic for mage craft. I doing a great job possessing my alien lovecraft deity power.
Dai, I wonder if you could do a video talking about what you would do if you were hypothetically a master in any Grail war, like which servant will you use, ideal strategy and overall mindset, I think it'll be interesting
This is a reallg good one Dai, and I really like the mystery surrounding such beings, say Dai. I do wonder, is the hindu god Shiva stronger than any of these outer gods? Or is he simply exaggerated by his followers?
Now that I think about it could the Dragon of Albion be classified as an Alien? Since he is considered as old if not even older than the Earth. "4,6 billion years worth of Data" is I think what was stated
@@michaeldaniels642 he was created by Lovecraft friend and contemporary Clark Ashton Smith and is often described as looking like a bloated combination of man, toad, and bat. He is the Danny Devito of eldritch beings.
Otaku are you going to make a video on the PodcastofLotusEaters hot take on loli? This time it's conservative boomers attacking it instead of woke side.
@@otakudaikun Oh, cool. Just pointing this out since there haven't been any drama around anime lately. The only thing worrying is state of Square Enix and their catering toward western viewers with a game like Forspoken. It remind me of when Disney made live action Mulan to appeal to China and they were all shitting on it.
