This would be Lester's last T.V apperence. he was sitting due to having pneumonia early in 1977. he would pass away Friday may 11 1979

I almost prefer the way the Nashville Grass version to the Earl Scruggs and Friends version. Nothing will ever beat the original Foggy Mountain Boys/Flatt and Scruggs version though

Good but not like the original players. That fiddler is great but no one has matched Mr. Paul Warren on that tune like in the original 1959 recording with his haunting double notes and slides
