Can I give this more than one like?? The dual commentary is an excellent way of driving home that the season doesn't work as an adaptation, AND that it doesn't even work on its own terms.

Robert Jordan is often criticized for describing in detail the clothing his characters wear in excruciating detail. Maybe they should have read them and have clothes that don't look stupid.

I was pleasantly surprised by @Bookborn's collab here! Her spiraling down into a crying mess at the end fully encompasses most diehard WoT book fans feelings for this show! Thank you! Both of you are awesome! Just want to expand on how much Nynaeve conveniently tracking Moiraine because she had a "tell" drives me insane...From the very time Moiraine and Co. leave Emonds Field, she is either on horseback or being carried by another....so, unless she was dropping peanuts in their path to guide Nyneave... Arrrrgh!!! The writers for this show are _SO INCREDIBLY STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!_

The weeping for the entirety of the last episode was very accurate.

I have to say it. There's at least one thing for which I'm really grateful for the tv show, without it i wouldn't have found amazing YT personalities like you two. This was hilarious. I didn't even feel the time go by. I absolutely loved this format: the nicknames were clever, watching @bookborn trying to correct names and events... everything. The amount of things that had to come together for this to happen makes me feel privileged. Thank you both for this!!

2:13 weird as it may seem the hair is the only thing from the books. The female citizens of Two Rivers upon becoming women were able to braid their hair thus telling everyone she was a member of the women’s circle. A rite of passage from child to woman. It was a big thing to those folks.

One of Moraine's secret super talents from Aes Sedai school is being able to eavesdrop from far away. I think the first time she shows this ability is in the second book when she listens to Lan and Nynaeve when Lan gives her his gold ring of Malkieri kings. Your story is far more entertaining than the TV series. At least the first two episodes, which is as far as I made it before giving up.

Ha ha, brillant as always. Liene you're recaps always make me smile. But Bookborn's slow decent into insanity and despair was just so on cue for my progression through the show as a book reader. At least we don't have long to wait until we find out what unspeakable horror that little girl did to deserve an entire nation coming to kill her.
