I was going to comment that when I'm living in Australia (currently emigrating from South Africa) I want you to make my wedding cake. Then I remembered that I've been married for over two years. Somehow forgot all about the husband!
I was also going to say, "renewal ceremony!" My husband and I have been married for almost 6 years, but never could afford a wedding. We're planning to have an actual wedding ceremony and renew our vows for our 10th wedding anniversary. 💕 Better late than never! I definitely want this cake for my wedding, too!

I've done alot of different jobs In my life. From a sous chef to a baker, house building to truckdriver. Custom cake decorating is something I definitely miss.
We had a 3 tiered fruit cake (8,6,4 inch with double layer of white soft icing as it was nut free. It was eaten within 1 month! It was so yummy with purple ribbon around each tier and different shades of purple sugar flowers down the side
For the fresh flowers aren't there like certain ones that people say not to put on cakes because they're deadly for humans I know these are roses and they don't count but there's like certain ones that florists say not to put on cakes but cake decorators still for some reason do it despite the dangers
When you scrape the top edges to smooth icing...has the cake been chilled before that part? It looks like the icing kinda shreds when you're spinning the cake while scraping.
Please reply! 💓 I have been a cake decorator for 7+ years and this technique of scraping off the edges is brand new to me and I am seeing it all over these shorts. My question is, do you freeze the cake and scrape it? Maybe you can make a video on this new technique!? Thank you for reading!
