Let clients, consumers, decide which contact channel to use and service them 24/7

One of the things I'm very surprised about is that many travel organizations, hotel chains, and airlines still don't understand that people want to be able to get in touch 24/7 and that clients, consumers, want to choose the channel that they use for that. Now there are still many, many large worldwide hotel chains that just give you a phone number where you can ring the hotel and, for me, you know, to call from the Netherlands to Dubai costs a couple of euros a minute. And usually when you call, they cannot help you immediately. I'm just very surprised by that. So I believe that in this world, where everything is connected with each other, you should give clients, consumers, the possibility to choose the channels that they use to get in touch with you 24/7.
