I actually do this sometimes when I'm alone, it's really nice to just sing when nobody is listening, very freeing. Especially when you're on a mountain because you feel like you're above the whole world, at least to me. Maybe I'm just weird

@@BojanTomic She sang defying gravity almost every night on Broadway for 2 year's of course her voice took damage and no one can sing everything perfect all the time, especially such a hard song as in to the unknown.

They got the different types of echoes down perfectly, the difference between how they sounded from high up in the mountains compared to a large room made it seem truly real. Wonderful.

Y'know, I thought it would make the scene cringey and funny but it kind of just made her feel more powerful and really emphasized her self isolation? Tbh I really liked it.
I love how you can see and hear how she is starting to feel comfortable being herself and not having to hold back so she won’t hurt anyone. Her voice actor did an amazing job
Its even more believable bevause elsa's voice is tied to her model so when the virtual camera moves away it sounds like she is far away rather than you being able to fully hear the voice the whole way through. 3:41 is a good example.
This makes it way more... beautiful in a sense. It gives you a true sense of how she’s now all alone, surrounded by cold nothingness, in which her voice pierces through. Sometimes the simplest things are the most beautiful.
I am shocked at how much better this is than the original version. People are using terms like "emotionally accurate" and "expressive" and they're totally on point. I wish they'd make a musical number for a lonely character by doing something like this in another movie.
It's just unfamiliar, if you went your whole life without instruments like in this video and you suddenly saw a version with these sounds you had never heard before, it would be 10x more shocking going from singing with no music to with it than the opposite way that you've experienced. But because we have been spoiled with beautiful music all our lives, it seems revolutionary to hear someone sing without it but it reality we've lost our appreciation so now we have it backwards
I feel the movie wanted a different feel This truly shows an inner sadness and loneliness While the movie wanted to go for freedom and emancipation, wonderment at what elsa can achieve when not restricted by anything.

Can I take a moment to recognize that they added echo’s? It’s not everywhere, just when she’s being loud, and when she’s in the castle the echos sound different. It makes it sounds so much better!

This version makes it sound like Elsa is unsure if she's doing the right thing, and she's trying to convince herself that she is. Which makes the scene a whole lot more relatable.
My sister loved Let it go when she was young. I was annoyed at first but now I really miss her singing it. There's a saying: Let go of anger and abandon rage. Hatred is a burden. If you're focused you're light. If you're jealous you're dark.
Kendrick Loyola no Disney didn’t do this, the maker of this video did. Think about it, why would Disney take the effort to make these sounds when they know they’re gonna cover it
i always wonder how the actualy characters would feel during these song breaks, especially when they're alone like this. But also, think about the song where they're singing between the door. To keep propper continuity and melody in the song, Anna had to plan out YEARS of her adolescent life to sing these choruses from about 8 to 16 years old every few years or months.
