@kendrum48 Please. I've been to TT, and have nothing but respect for those fine people.. for what it's worth, I did write "Steel Pan" in the video itself. Also, it is in fact a tenor, which you should know is synonymous with what they call a soprano pan; so regardless of what it sounds like, if you want to pretend that people don't call this a tenor and you want to pretend that people in other countries don't also call this a "steel drum", I suggest you grab a sorrel and chill the fuck out.
When are you people going to get it? The instrument is the STEEL PAN not drum. And you are playing a Soprano pan. Does that sound like the tenor voice to you? The piano is made of wood and is shaped like a box. Do you call it a wooden box? Have some respect for Trinidad and Tobago and for that matter the entire Caribbean. STEEL PAN.
