Hello, I am so glad someone young like you are bringing back. A lot of the old song you have a beautiful voice and your choice of song is very beautiful. Keep up the great work.
Being raised on this music it's lovely to see a young good-looking guy re-create tracks that legendary artists performed with crisp clear vocals and words that have a meaning your an inspiration to many this type of ballad suits you love it
This young man is RIGHT up there w/that voice and his covers of Elvis and Roy O r some of the VERY BEST out there …. Such passion is bound to take u far young man … It’s ALWAYS a good day when one of ur vids appear T/U for all the hard work .. it’s appreciated Be well 🐥🇨🇦🐥 Hugs to all
I knew Roy well enough. I've said it before and I'll say it again: he'd have been humbled by your performances because, he was a truly humble gentleman!!
WOW Elliot! I’m a 69 year old way back Roy Orbison fan. He had a great voice. In today’s times, you have the best male vocalist I’ve heard since Roy, or the Traveling Willbury’s. Your interest in the songs of the 50’s-60’s is absolutely astonishing for someone my age. I didn’t want to have to say it, but I think you might be better than Elvis. I’ll get a lot of negativity from that statement. Just keep doing what you’re doing. You will have a life like you wouldn’t believe. Don’t let the agents ruin you. You have a great gift in your voice. Thanks for sharing.
Simon Cowell where are you ?????????Grab Elliott while you can ! All of our generations singers are gone he’s bringing our music back he’s got a Fabulous voice the rest of the world needs to hear him !
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you sing "How deep is your love" by the Bee Gees PLEAAAASEE I LOVE YOUR VOICE and I would really like to hear that song in your voice😭😭💖💖💖
I absolutely love the way you did this song! Congratulations on your cover! I really appreciate your passion for this type of music. It is an art that should live on and thank you for continuing to sing it. Your voice is soothing and has a wonderful tone. Keep it up! 🤍👏🏼
I love how you brought the old songs into that level of beauty. Can't imagine how I'm happy and relax right now💓.💓 My greetings to you from Abu Dhabi UAE😊
Elliot, Guy, you can sing!! get the feeling your mom taught you to sing...? my mom taught me to sing.. mom was "the best singer & instructor, ever" Bless moms!! 🎶🎶❤️❤️😺
Hi Elliot, that was simply awesome especially the last part which requires hitting a pretty high pitch when you broke into a kinda of falsetto or high mixed voice !… I’ve been trying to figure that part out for quite some time & thought I’ve “perfected” it till I hear your version! I get it now, thanks heaps 👍😅
You bring so much character to these unfortunately forgotten songs, youre absolutely incredible man, your new song has been on repeat since it came out, absolutely in love with your tone!
So wonderful to listen to you sing. My wife and I just love to hear you. Every night I will play a couple songs before sleep, the gentle tone and near perfect (no one's perfect) voice is a masterpiece reproduction of a time past. Thank you Elliot.
When I think of my childhood, I think of Roy Orbison and Elvis. My mother played their 45 records all the time. It seemed like these songs were always in the background. Thanks for taking me back. I love your voice.
Omg,, so awesome... you bring this song so alive for the 21st century. It is such a cool retro sound.. keep it up Elliot, you have a great career in front .. Cheers.. 🙂
I just discovered u recently and ur voice is so amazing!! I love music from the 50s especially Elvis. Can you please do a cover of Just Pretend and Memories by Elvis next? I can’t wait to see what other songs u release too❤️🫶
Dear Elliot, thats great! Its so soulful and beautifully sung! I love the song! I love your voice! I am absolute fan of yours! I come from Germany. ❤🤗🤗👍👍
Only the lonely Only the lonely Only the lonely Know the way I feel tonight Only the lonely Know this feeling ain't right There goes my baby There goes my heart They're gone forever So far apart But only the lonely Know why I cry Only the lonely Only the lonely Only the lonely Only the lonely Know the heartaches I've been through Only the lonely Know I cry and cry for you Maybe tomorrow A new romance No more sorrow But that's the chance You gotta take If your lonely heart breaks Only the lonely
Sublime interpretation of this sublime song by Roy Orbinson Only the Lonely and what a magnificent voice. Sublime interprétation de cette sublime chanson de Roy Orbinson Only the Lonely et quelle magnifique voix
@@ElliotJamesReay Thanks, I didn't think so, please don't be offended. It's that so many singers that I'e enjoyed in the past I've later discovered they used stuff like autotune. I'm waiting for the day that I see you on TV or read that you've signed with a big record company. Best of luck and happiness to you always.
Awesome song at this time for me! been single for over a decade ... now 62, dirt poor & VERY Lonely! doubt there could be a new romance for me now but perhaps after this uplifting song by you! enjoyed this very much! xoxo

Have you always listened to more “oldies” music? My dad would play Elvis, Roy Orbison, Cliff Richard and the likes, when I was growing up, and my mum supplemented with Electric Light Orchestra, Bee Gees, ABBA and other 70’s/80’s artists, so by the time I hit school in the 2000’s, I’d be listening to music spanning the 60’s and forward. It’s so amazing that music that spans decades, can still resonate with us today, and find a new audience ❤
